MtGox has issues with their ticker data

Probably is related to the exchange putting into production support for additional trading markets.  For example:
  BTC/JPY: https://mtgox.com/api/1/BTCJPY/public/trades
  BTC/EUR: https://mtgox.com/api/1/BTCEUR/public/trades

Noticed the same thing.  One of my bots saw that the price had fallen to $5 and change this morning and placed some pretty stupid orders because of it..

After some incidents MtGox has optimized service requests by introducing a ticket system. I hope they will add a possibility divide between customer help requests and alerts about something that goes wrong.
