Having a non popular algorithm is not bad - it's unlikely that asics will be produced for it Wink. Also multipools are beeing kept away.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

halibit, can you tell us your long term plan for microCoin? A timetable would be nice to see what is planned...

...for example:

08/2014 -> coding bla
09/2014 -> creating blabla
10/2014 -> implementing blablabla

thank you Smiley.

Hilux74: MRC is trading here (LTC Market): https://www.mintpal.com/market/MRC/LTC

and here (BTC Market): https://poloniex.com/exchange/btc_mrc

Poloniex does not show MRC in list but if you search for MRC it appears Smiley.

bitcodo: I don't know what they are doing and i don't know why i'm always here checking this thread for progress Roll Eyes.

halibit and MCR: Do it step by step. Concentrate on microCoin and alcurEX and not any curious investing company. That's not the deal. Better invest in your skills and consider both microCoin and alcurEX with priority. If you don't you will lose every single supporter here. You said yourself this 2 projects belong together. And tell alcurEX_flo that he could also check this thread and make timeline for future projects.

With kind regards,
randywald

I sent MRC to mintpal yesterday and today and it hasn't shown up as a deposit yet. I tried looking at the blockchain at "http://pools.animusgs.co.in/BlockCrawler/block_crawler.php" and at "http://84.251.34.142:8888/microcoin_blocks/index.php" as shown on page 1, but both seem to be down. Anyone else having problems with deposits?

Hi, i don't have problems but i have to say that i had no transactions today except payouts from mrc.blocksolved.com.

This is the link for block explorer:
http://microcoin.alcurex.info/block-explorer/

Edit: I will test mintpal deposit with my account.

Edit2: I have 25 confirmations now, but deposit hasn't shown up on mintpal yet. It's not working for me, too.

Please use https://alcurex.com/index.php/crypto/index for trading. It is working properly, only withdraws will take some time as they are temporary released manually.

best wishes,
randywald

Number of GPUs per worker won't make a difference. I pm'ed you what I think might be a potential exploit.

see360: Thank you for your information. I'm sure the problems happen only with cudaminer. I will send your message to lexa, he is the pool operator of blocksolved. I remember, lexa said he needs one person with nvidia cards for testing, so i think he knows that there's something wrong. It would be really nice, if you (see360) could help lexa with testing.

lexa: It seems like we have some nvidia miners. Hashrate is reported as too high and problems with difficulty appear. This results in not finding blocks. It messes up the whole pool when nvidia miners are here. I hope you can find a solution. Please see my PM.

all: I don't want to chase miners away because we really need them. I was just a bit frustrated because mining doesn't work properly for all users if someone connects his nvidia cards here. I hope we can find a solution.

with best regards,
randywald

I added microcoin to my nomp pool at nomp.myminingpool.info.

Username:              your microcoin wallet address
Password:               anything
Algorithm:              scrypt-jane
URL (difficulty 8 ):   stratum+tcp://nomp.myminingpool.info:5008
URL (vardiff):          stratum+tcp://nomp.myminingpool.info:5032
Fees:                     2%
Payouts:                 To address after generation maturity (regular transaction)

Dirty little secret, I've never been able to get my gfx cards to mine microcoin.  Always causes a lock-up-- so I have not even tested scrypt-jane on nomp.  However this pool as worked fine for me on SHA256d and Scrypt coins.  NOMP's graph and statistics feature is limited as it does not track payout, but you will see hashrate and blocks found including pending and paid.  Payments and fees are all public on-chain.

I offer limited support through bitcointalk.  Please PM me if you have any problems.

MRC is around at very low latoshi range for a while. This coin is dying. Too bad the dev doesn't even care or takes action to rescue it. My 200mil MRCs won't even worth any now.

If i sell my coins now, the price will be at 1 nano-litoshi Angry.

So halibit and imaginary MCR (and not to forget imaginary alcurEX_flo), what are you doing all day long? MCR is not even capable to insert latest link for block explorer on first page. Unbelievable.

LTC is die too. We need xmr/mcr market.

Very sad that the developers did not do anything to maintain coins. Recently, it was on ozhilenie and could go into growth. Now you can simply remove the wallet and forget.

Yes Andreban, alcurEX looks very good but people are bored because work on exchange is sometimes a bit faltering and updates are not beeing transmitted regularly.

Alltogether i think LTC markets have no future because LTC is not doing well at the moment. So it's no big setback when mintpal removes MRC from LTC market.

I totally agree with Little_boo that we need XMR and MRC markets for success. MRC is valuable if there's enough support.

Edit: I stop mining now. Maybe i come back with 1 or 2 R9 270 if devs care about MRC again.

With kind regards,
randywald
