I think he's asking for how to create a genesis block. If you're looking into getting started making your own coin, I recommend looking at this tutorial. I'm currently using it, and it worked out great until I had to compile the wallet for Windows, though I think I'll get it solved here soon (I just posted a new thread).

This is, by far, my favorite article on the steps required to create a new cryptocurrency based off of Litecoin. It goes into great detail how to create the genesis block and what you need to do to start mining your new coin. I know it's redundant to my above post, but it really is worth taking a look it.
