Why don't you put the wallet CONF file in the first post.

Put this in the following path:
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Turbocoin

and your wallet will start to sync...

make a config with

rpcuser=what you want
rpcpassword=what you want
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=first page of this thread
server=1

make a cgminer string that match the config file, therefore same user/pass/port, restart the client and you are done
