that isn't a bug...

the transaction are to big, too many Byte....   

look in the blockexplorer how many KB the transaction had...

All officiel Leprocoin-Webpages are down since a few days (webpage, support-forum and blog), so the coin is dead, too? There are only 404 errors, so it seams, that the servers are up, but pages are deleted.

4 LPC per block won't be 1 sats....should be at least .001 sats or more.

see, the name or volume of an exchange is pointless.
If real people want to invest in the coin and not just another p&d coin, they will buy it wherever it can be bought.
Swisscex is doing great, no downtime at all, legit and superfast.
