I googled 'bitbuck' and it didn't show anything. The unit is 'bitbuck and not 'Bitbucks'. Even if the latter is copyrighted what would that mean?
In any case, changing currencies is not just a numbers game. I witnessed the Belgian francs to euro conversion (1 euro = 40 francs). My grand mother still thinks in francs. She even bought last year 10 rolls (7+3 for free) of toilet paper from a street vendor for 50 euro thinking she had done a good deal because she was counting in francs. Changing in currency takes about 10 years to adjust. Old people will never adjust. The closer the value of the new currency is to the former, the smoother this transition. Actually something strange happened. Since old people had the most difficulty transitioning to the euro they started to pay more and more with proton (some kind of prepaid visa card) instead of cash. It was just more convenient for them to learn this new technology when using the new currency instead of counting the new coins.
So ideally we need to have a unit for a fraction of a bitcoin which will be as close as possible to value of the dollar. We need a bitcoin 'stock' split of 10 000 - 1. Is that possible?
