Hello friends, I'm new to this, so I'm worried.

They transferred me approx. $ 180 in cash from bitcoins Uphold to Jaxx and I did not get to Jaxx, this was on May 19, 2018. A few days ago I myself transferred again from Uphold to Jaxx and did not arrive either. I do not have key words to Jaxx, I check the movements and they appear when I look from Uphold, but nothing comes to Jaxx. Jaxx does not help me, just ask if I see the money for them to close the query.

Can you please post the TransactionID of the transaction (or the link to "Blockchair") so we can see your transaction and investigate possible causes for why you have not received funds in Jaxx?

It is possible that one of the following is the reason why your funds are not showing in Jaxx:

1. No confirmations (not likely, as BCH network confirms fairly quickly and the transaction should still show in Jaxx, even if it is unconfirmed)
2. Sent to wrong address (are you sure the address you sent to is your Jaxx "Bitcoin Cash" (BCH) address? and not your Bitcoin (BTC) address?)
3. Fault with Jaxx (wallet can be a bit buggy at times, do you have your backup seed phrase? If so, you can try and refresh your wallet)
