I dont know what country you are in, but most country’s have a banned name list, and can add to that list at any time.
Check out Australia / New zealand, lots and lots of names banned....
you will find you will not be allowed to, and for good reason screw your head on, you are trying to make a fast buck this girl has to live with this for the rest of her life...
amusing there even was a child and this wasn’t some ploy to collect donations...
