I really don't know if they are really death but there are a lot of scam accusations against them. See below What makes me nervous though is that I have some of my tokens in that exchanges which valued around $1K. And with all the accusations, (it could be more), I need to be careful and make decisions to get out while I still can. |

At this point, it looks different and suspicious because they don't even have any update on their twitter. Error 502 persists even re-loading the page.
If they've exit scam, it's for sure that this will be another historical moment on the crypto world.

Tried to access I got the 502 error as well, although it looks like they are in the cloudfare? As far as I know I wasn't aware that they implemented cloudfare though. I don't think they that will exit scam as there are a lot of coins being listed on them lately, just hope though that they are doing some maintenance upgrade. Hope for the best because I'm sure that it will impact the price in the negative way if they've exit scam already. |

The site is completely working as of now maybe they only made a maintenance or else its a cloudflare problem. Check hitbtc ots fully working again.

Not dead, they are up and working, there are some downtime because they are on ongoing maintenance, but nothing more.
Anyway I would avoid this exchange without considering what you just worth, because this exchange is anounymus and the operators are hidden, So if they run away with everyone's money you won't even be able to know who took your money.

They are still up and operational but if they would continue on what they are doing and keep piling up with the issues and still having not resolved then this exchange would really be good as dead.Ive seen how many threads and complainants towards this site which i do see its typical for an exchange but they should limit out or not making as rampant if they dont like to mess up with their reputation.Im once a user but the back to back issue i had experience on them do already give me the hesitation to proceed. |

You may find the hitbtc and yobit are not seems to good exchange since there lot of compliments on them as above person shared the threads here. Before that you need to check all the exchanges that all areasking KYC details when the send and receive more coins as site defined mate. None of exchange are anonymous here. My friend just signed up there mate. He confirmed hitbtc looks legit. |

There are many people are having a problem with Hitbtc until now that is why I didn't trust this exchange site because of many people complain about their service and delayed response.
This is not good exchange site and I think this may be the reason of the price drop these days. I suggest that you choose a trading site which is well known and use by trusted members here and also binance would be the best alternative they are still good in support and active.

Hitbtc is good Exchange but it have some problems like A fee for deposit and a high fee in withdraw and it is a slow for support
i prefer binance , now it is number 1 in exchanges , i I advise you out

It has been suspicious not only now but like forever. I only used HitBTC in my early days of trading in the world of cryptocurrency and after reading some reviews about them, I had to just find my square root to another exchange that is reputable which right now is bittrex and binance. We are talking about assets here and it is funny how some people put theirs at risk looking at the way things have been going with this exchange. It is simple and plain, HitBTC and its like (Yobit) and those in their category are just there to screw users up eventually. |

The world of crypto is more dangerous if hitbtc is dead, then trust in crypto will be affected more because hitbtc is pretty much the potential coin listed on it. I really feel anxious

The problem is when I am trying to withdraw using eth I got this message:

The certificate is only valid for the following names:

And there is no option to just go ahead. Anyone have this problem? Is this deliberate? I want to withdraw only 1 btc worth of ethereum.
