Tried to access I got the 502 error as well, although it looks like they are in the cloudfare? As far as I know I wasn't aware that they implemented cloudfare though.

I don't think they that will exit scam as there are a lot of coins being listed on them lately, just hope though that they are doing some maintenance upgrade. Hope for the best because I'm sure that it will impact the price in the negative way if they've exit scam already.

Not dead, they are up and working, there are some downtime because they are on ongoing maintenance, but nothing more.
Anyway I would avoid this exchange without considering what you just worth, because this exchange is anounymus and the operators are hidden, So if they run away with everyone's money you won't even be able to know who took your money.

They are still up and operational but if they would continue on what they are doing and keep piling up with the issues and still having not resolved then this exchange would really be good as dead.Ive seen how many threads and complainants towards this site which i do see its typical for an exchange but they should limit out or not making as rampant if they dont like to mess up with their reputation.Im once a user but the back to back issue i had experience on them do already give me the hesitation to proceed.

You may find the hitbtc and yobit are not seems to good exchange since there lot of compliments on them as above person shared the threads here. Before that you need to check all the exchanges that all areasking KYC details when the send and receive more coins as site defined mate.
None of exchange are anonymous here. My friend just signed up there mate. He confirmed hitbtc looks legit.

It has been suspicious not only now but like forever. I only used HitBTC in my early days of trading in the world of cryptocurrency and after reading some reviews about them, I had to just find my square root to another exchange that is reputable which right now is bittrex and binance.

We are talking about assets here and it is funny how some people put theirs at risk looking at the way things have been going with this exchange. It is simple and plain, HitBTC and its like (Yobit) and those in their category are just there to screw users up eventually.

Just to give you a heads up guys, I just moved out my almost 2 ETH out of HitBTC and a got a warning that there might be delays and it might take as long as 1 month to get my funds. They are citing issues on their side and ETH network as well. But knowing that ETH network is not that clogged as much as Bitcoin, I click Yes and in matter of minutes I got my ETH on my wallet. So its all good and I'm happy that I was able to get out now.

There has been scam accusation against this exchange platform right from the onset, and that makes me wonder if people just do not read reviews or they just like looking to add to their fleet of problems. This is a decentralized world and there are just some exchanges that one should be avoiding like plague and this is one of them.

No support, do not even know if devs are active except for their daylight robbery activities, and all these are enough for anyone to know they just cannot end up in a better position in the long run with an exchange like this.

Im still using HitBTC even there are lots (and lots) of complaints already but hey I know the risks. I have some coins currently playing there and never experienced any major problems in my years of using them. But take note for newbies out there that don't take this as assurance that HitBTC is still a good exchange. With lots of complaints already as everyone mentioned, it's obvious that as a new user, don't consider using this exchange unless people know the risks.

Not with the response support, not with the delays of deposits and withdrawals, but my concern here is same as yours. They really have a high charge of fees in terms of commission. Most of my new coins added to my portfolio are only available at HitBTC (aside from dex) so no choice but to deal with them. Just don't ever attempt to withdraw altcoins there to save fees unless it's fine for a trader.

In most cases all exchanges are equally as bad, but the main factor is also the nature of your complaint and what balance you are holding there. It shouldn't matter in a perfect world, but exchanges do filter based on that.

The lower the reply to reward ratio is of your complaint, the longer it will take to get a response from them. Some exchanges are worse than others in that aspect, but the fact is that it shouldn't happen.

I must however add that tokens are a plague to this ecosystem with all their problems. The majority of the complaints have to do with tokens, which says enough for me. The situation will only improve when the ICO hype ends.

What proof is needed again here ? The fact that they have no support, the fact that they have screwed some users over time, or the fact they are just full of shit. A lot of people will be surprised at how things end up turning out with the likes of this exchange as well as the likes of Yobit. For heaven sake, using an exchange generally is risky since they are centralized, but now using a shitty exchange is like seeing a trying to play with a viper's tail.

Yes, I think for USDT withdrawals, its about $100, which is so high assuming that you are going to withdraw less than amount. As I have said before, I already withdrawal most of my funds and everything went smooth. However, let me just warn newbies, as to be very careful not just HitBTC for that matter, but all other exchanges. This is just part of the process, if you don't trust the exchanges then get out.

If all of these accusations are there and you are still waiting till when you will make a decision by putting a timeline to it when the site itself won't notify you or anyone that have experience the other side of their action of any impending danger. I also saw the accusation at the time I was about to make some deposit of a token. Immediately, that decision was reversed and since then till this time, out path have never cross which won't happen until things have change for the better.

What do you mean low volume, they are amongst the top 10 trading platforms with at least $300M per 24 hours. I don't know about the bots though, because I haven't use any on my trading, plus I did trade on HitBTC and was able to withdraw without any issues. So I can't judge them unfairly.

But the good news is that there are a lot of trading platforms out there, good options if you are not happy with HitBTC then we can register on others and see it your self. I even traded on Livecoin before, which has a volume of around  $30K today. So there's always that risk, it just up to us how to mitigate and used our common sense.

HitBtc is not dead yet but the volume of trades there is very low compare to other new exchanges. Hitbtc should improved their service and makes it more faster to transact on their exchange. I use this before but after having a problem on delaying my funds, I just moved out and try another exchanges. I still believe Hitbtc will be better in the future, I hope so.

They won't solve anything. It will only become worse, and while the past isn't always a good indicator for what's going to happen in the future, in this case it has been a solid indicator. I have seen from the start how this exchange has gone downwards in every possible way, and it only became worse due to their token greed and unwillingness to actually push their exchange to the next level. I'm not saying everyone experiences the same problems, because that's not the case, but a lot of the users do and it has to stop for once. A fundamentally shitcoin exchange will never improve. As Einstein once said.... Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

You sure that you are sending it in the correct wallet address? Why don't you contact support and see if they can answer you? I haven't encounter such issues before so I think its either you are sending it at the wrong address that's why it failed. I'm glad that they are back online as we don't want any exchanges going out as this very moment. It will be another catastrophe, although I also don't like trading it them, but some of my tokens are being listed on HITBTC so I have to live with that.

You are a hero member and by now, I expect any high rank member to have known better by now that HitBTC is a shitty exchange. Over the years, there has been some series of accusation when it comes to this exchange and it is still surprising that after all the warnings, some would not just listen and a day will come when it will hit you all like film trick and your assets all gone.

It could have been a maintenance going on as it looks fine as well now, but that still does not change the fact that users need to be very wary of exchanges like this if they do not want to end up losing all their money eventually. Hit BTC has always been having some bad records and for those who may not want to gamble that, even if you will like to trade some of your holding which is only listed there, they obviously would not want to continue using this platform. Over time, a lot of advice has been placed out that if you want to trade any token and it is probably listed on HitBTC, you may actually want to wait for it to be listed on other exchanges before you even try to want to make any move. Generally, there is absolutely no way anyone should have known by now with all the reviews online that HitBTC is not an exchange to even try to acquaint with but it is just worrisome that with all the good exchanges around, some just prefer to stick with this one.

Hitbtc is a big scam. The withdrawel process is not working at all and one could assume that´s on purpose. I was blocked from withdrawel for 48 hours (without a reason).

During this time,the exchange has let me down a little only once,when it probably happened some technical failure and the balance sheet is not reflected DOGE, which I bought. Yes, you may be right that other exchanges take part of the market, but this does not mean that little-known exchanges do not have great prospects. For example, Poloniex is much better than Binance, but inferior to Bitrex. A lot of exchanges and hitBTC can not fall for this reason.

1. I deposit XVG and arrive at hitbtc wallet more than 1 week. must check the system health everytime.
System health don't synchronce with the wallet. so you can still deposit to their wallet wherever there is a maintenance in their system.

I don't think that they will die any time soon. A lot of ICO's still loves their coins listed on HitBTC, I don't know the reasons maybe listing on them is cheap or whatever, so people holding that token either investors or bounty hunters will obviously used the exchange to trade their token. And they are still on the top 10 per 24 hour trading volume, so as much as we say negative things about them, there will be traders who will continue to used this platform, but at least I already get out early and got myself relief of so many headaches.

Just to update about my withdrawal, yeah I was able to withdraw it without any issues whatsover and I don't have problems with HitBTC but I just decided to stay away from them because of so many negatives news I have been hearing lately. I never believe in any anonymous exchange because of the scam as you say that coinmarkets ran away. I always use Binance and Okpay for my transactions. They provide good services and the transaction fee is also very reasonable. There are thousands of exchanges in the market but you should use only your local exchange because approach to them will be easy for you.

How about the site being down because of too many noobs trying to refresh their coin pages? These errors result in even more refreshes because people will try hard to get their page back, which only makes the situation worse, but as it is right now, it seems to be working again. Mt Gox was a different case , because at that time that exchange was biggest exchange so it affected entire community , even now it is discussed on various occasion . hitbtc is not that popular and holding a small portion but still it will affect market if they do exit scam or hacked .
