The media is managed by the government. In countries that do not accept bitcoin, the benefits of bitcoin will not appear in the media. The government only allows the media to broadcast negative information about bitcoin.

In my view your point is some valid in most of developing countries media is controlled and these governments don't want to spread this so just because of this they are developing environment which is not suitable for this in some countries big whales which are afraid of this bitcoin they are also spreading rumors which are becoming in negative way

Bitcoin has not received broad support in the public environment, and many regulators do not accept it, since it is difficult to regulate and control the crypto currency.

Yes, the media do that because they benefit from the government itself who pays it. Without payment, the media would probably not do that. Can be said the media is duplicity, why? because actually people in the media are also many who plunge in this cryptocurrency world

Why Media is negative about Bitcoin? Whenever a government announces to regulate bitcoin or cryptocurrency or whenever BTC price is in downfall, most of the media start to warn everyone not purchase or invest in Bitcoins. Do you see that, dont you?
Yeah, I noticed that also. They kinda warn us from crypto currencies. The media is bought and they are trying to make sheep's from us, to we continue use government's system, such as banks and taxes. Bitcoin give us freedom from all of that and normally those people who stay behind those announcements do not like it and trying prevent the use of cryptos.

You must understand that the majority of the media is controlled by the same powers that control the western central banking system. Bitcoin being a finite, decentralized, transparent system is inherently against the current centralized private banking regime. As such, there are countless articles that cast negativity on Bitcoin, but fail to make any strong arguments. These articles are propaganda at best. It is crucial to read critically during these times.

Just like there's a market cycle in economics, there's a fud cycle in the bitcoin growth curve. No joke. When negative irrational exuberance peaks, and people are rage quitting all over the place, you know we're at or near the bottom.

The media are owned by the same people who own the banks so of course they're not going to publish any positive stories. Pretty simple really.

What do you think gets more views/clicks/purchases? -Bitcoin dips, but remains at +70% this month. Or: -Bitcoin down massive 30% in a single day! Bubble burst!
It's all about money. Everything is about money. And as long as #2 gets them more money, it's not going to change.

The hatred/fear of Bitcoin is not ungrounded. The older generation of fund managers and major investment entities look at Bitcoin as a threat. And crypto is a threat. A huge threat to an established regime of control and power.
As we saw with the TARP bailout our financial system is manipulated as needed to keep the established power structure intact. Wouldn't it have been great if the financial sector's losses were not socialized and their profits kept private? But their losses were socialized. And they will be again. This is the order of things.
Crypto could upset the balance of power in the world. Therefore the old fuckers must destroy it, if they can. So don't be shocked or put off when they come with regulation and legislation in order to try to end it.
Technology has already upset the balance of a few other industries in such fundamental ways that the Warren Buffets of the world have to take this seriously. One example of this is Amazon. We have legacy brands that are dying out. Sears, JC Penney's, Macy's, even Walmart is feeling the sting. Another industry is the automobile/power generation sector. If Tesla can pull off its transformation of the power grid and auto industry then there could be a major upheaval. In the same way that shopping malls are dying out quickly we could have power plants going offline permanently with barely even a passing glance from John Q. Public.
My favorite example of technology killing a legacy industry is Kodak and other film cameras. Film used to be ubiquitous. Now it is utterly gone. No more film production. No more film processing. No more film cameras and very very few digital cameras being sold. I grew up around film cameras. My family had a 35mm, a Super 8mm, and several 110 cameras. We had flash bulbs. We had a Polaroid. Every household had several film cameras and rolls and rolls of film taken, processed and placed into photo albums every year. But now there is nothing left of it. Kodak is just as gone from our culture as the rotary dial telephone.
This is what strikes fear into the spirits of the power brokers. They don't want change. They don't want to be on the losing side of history. Something as simple as the creative use of prime factorization, if left to its own, could make the government money just as irrelevant as the flash cube. If that happens then the Federal Reserve loses it's influence and their control of the financial system will be lost.
So in my mind, if crypto currency is allowed to continue to blossom then there is no other outcome but a loss of power for the Federal Reserve. They WILL stop cryptocurrency IF they can.

Mainstream media is controlled by governments and big banks. It is really strange that there has never been a (mainstream) journalist that saw the potential of bitcoin before the blockchain hype began in 2015 / 2016.
They say the government is there for the people, but by censoring the mainstream media many missed out on HUGE gains. And the hilarious thing is: after years of advising to not get involved in it now they want a part in the form of tax.

Media coverage is beginning to become more balanced, as evinced by Mike Novogratz, Tom Lee, the Winklevii, etc. getting more air time and the increased curiosity in the media as to whether this might be an emerging asset class that isn't going away.
Of course, we already know it is, but they're at least wondering now.

the media i believe is part of the government strategy to kill the value of bitcoin. Also most of the media guys just want viewers that's why they create headlines that catches the eyes of people and even go as far as putting up a bitcoin news that is not so bad in a bad way. but sure bitcoin will survive in the midst of all this

It is rather unfortunate how the media mis-present Bitcoin and the other cryptocurrencies to its members. Due to the issues of fake ICOs, the media thinks Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are misleading most of their people. But the fact is, members of these media platforms must seek the counsel of experts in cryptocurrency investment before they invest in order not to fall preys for fake ICOs.
