Cryptostocks' customer service  just gave the update below via email

"Hi,

the BTC wallet become unresponsive, we have fixed the issue and you
should be able to deposit and withdraw again. Outstanding deposits will
ofcourse be credited too.

Looks like Autotrade continues to scam its investors.
I've applied for the "buyback" on the same day they issued https://cryptostocks.com/announcements/2065, immediately after I've read it. Next day they replied me - oops, sorry, we've already repurchased 100000 shares, you are late. And at the same time cancelled share trades with the new IPO flag.

Also, I can't see any reason for majority of investors to prefer share upgrade over buyback. This just does not make sense.

Thus, the question has to be asked. Is there a single person here who
1) had voted for the share upgrade instead of buyback?
2) or had successfull buyback at announced price?

Was out for a while, let's get back to AUTOTRADE scam. What we know at the point:

1) there was no actual buyback (and there was no intention of it)
2) some aliens from Nibiru voted for shares upgrade

And the conclusion is straightforward - there was no actual arbitrage trading as well. Just a classic ponzi, dividends were paid by new investors buying shares (IPO flag was on for very long time, so no one else can trade).

However, even it was that bad, do a simple math. They've gathered 750 BTC from shares, paid 220 BTC in dividends, and can't afford to buyback 1/5 of shares?? Ha-ha. So, they just took over 500 BTC, and now are asking for more via new IPO. Guess what will happen next? Suddenly, a new upgrade and IPO!

Everyone who's thinking on investing into this crap -
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COFFEE-HEDGING GUARANTEE!

We need to blacklist them on cryptostocks and end this scam.  And those who are still hoping to somehow get their BTC back - abandon your hope, let's get to revenge part.

About dividend payments and BtcAutoTrader progress

Dear investors,

We have received some emails about asking why we did not pay dividend this week, for this, we make a consistent declarations here.
About the dividend payment we had explained before the vote, please kindly refer to the follow announcements:
Before the votehttps://cryptostocks.com/announcements/1959
Voting result:AUTOTRADE upgrade
After the votehttps://cryptostocks.com/announcements/2065

According the "announcement before the vote" + "the voting result" + "the annoucement after the vote", we have suspended automatic arbitrage trade, hence there is no dividend payments this week, the next dividend payments will be paid after the BtcAutoTrader official offer.

Besides, we see that some people said we are the cheater, liar, fraud, we think these people voted against on AUTOTRADE upgrade,so we understand why they said that.
We solemnly declare here, we are not fools, investors are not fools, please think back the everything about this from we started to sell BtcAutoTrader (arbitrage version).
If we are liar,
Why we cancel the BtcAutoTrader (arbitrage version) selling according the voting result?
Why we send the email to the purchaser whom want to buy the BtcAutoTrader (arbitrage version), ask them if they need a refund?
Quote
Ok. I still want to buy Btc Autotrader. Thank you.

Why do not we make off with BTC?

The Bitcointalk is the place with freedom of speech, hence we cannot stop what people say here, we also do not want to argue with them whether we cheat, we hope people judge themselves, avoid losses.

Finally, we want to tell you that the BtcAutoTrader development is smoothly, the only thing we have not anticipated is the Btc-e is banned from China, but can through a proxy to access.
We have some solutions regarding this problem and will solve it in the BtcAutoTrader development.
If there is any further news we will inform.

Best regards

Oh, preach brother, preach...

Of course you are the fraud. Otherwise there would be at least one successfull buyback report here.
Of course you are not a fool. Fools are those who brought you 500 BTC and now are bringing more.

That voting was totally wrong. The first question for voting should be whether you cancel your current "arbitrage" and buyback all shares.
And if someone wants to continue - make a new project with new IPO and invite investors there. But you presented voting in a "Yes, cancel arbitrage" "No, cancel arbitrage" form.

Even with completely broken voting, its results are a clear fake anyway.
There was no single reason for investors in clear mind to vote for the upgrade. Coffee houses instead of arbitrage? Am I the only one who feels it stinks as hell?
And even if it was that bad, you had your chance to solve the situation with buyback, but instead you just laughed at us with "sorry, too late" crap.

If we are liar,
Why we cancel the BtcAutoTrader (arbitrage version) selling according the voting result?

Because there was nothing to sell.
There was no any "arbitrage" going on during these months. What a perfect scheme - just put IPO flag and sell shares, use some BTC to buy own shares to simulate buying activity. When done - anounce an upgrade and put IPO flag again. Repeat as long as possible. New investor gets a perfect picture - security price is constantly rising. Looks legit, what could possibly go wrong?

Why do not we make off with BTC?

Because you know you can take more.

You have the only chance to save your reputation. Do an actual buyback for everyone who wants to, and remove this f*ing IPO flag so everyone can trade. Everything else just prooves your scam.

Let's see what will happen in the future.

All of that "future" depends on one simple question. Please answer it to the public.

Let's assume everything was right and there's no fraud.

You have received 750 BTC from shareholders.
Your arbitrage operations brought you 275 BTC (220 were paid as dividends, and 55 are yours).
You still have that 750 BTC, do you?

It is simple like that.

Dear xtcminer,

Yes, you are right, it's a simple question, and what you say is partly right.

So it's hard to understand that why you make things become so complicated to this, and say we are liar without any evidence but never ask us directly.

Well, if the first you just want to get the answer, and mail to us, these unpleasant things would not be happened.
But now you are the only one who ask this problem,
and if you want to on behalf of all shareholders to want to us publicly disclosed the latest trends of IPO'BTC, it is a visible problem involves the shareholders, so we need to consult other shareholders to agree.
We will lanch a vote, for this, for you.
In a word, We hope you can eliminate the misunderstanding to us.

I think you need to start using a professional chines/english translator that can capture the nuances of the english language for some of the sensitive things you intend to communicate, so that you can avoid allegations of asking for a vote where the YES and NO answer appear to be leading to the same thing.
For example in the current vote request:

"Memo1: Fully visible (If not the shareholder also can see)"

The statement is confusing. If its visible , are you suggesting that the public and shareholder can see and if not visible only the shareholders can see?. It that is what it is , then it would be better to say so instead of the way its currently expressed, with its possible misinterpretation.

The only person who makes things complicated here is you.
A week ago I was just an ordinary investor who requested buyback that you have announced.
The rest is history.

We will lanch a vote, for this, for you.

Why would you need any voting just to answer yes or no? I was not asking for any proof at this point.
Just yes or no - so all shareholders can see your statement.
Again, do you have that 750 BTC (or equivalent in LTC/XPM/DOGE) you have received from shareholders?

And in new voting announcement by "trends" I guess you mean "trades", otherwise I just can't understand what this voting is about.

You understand the question perfectly, do not play fool with us. "The number is wrong" is so pathetic excuse.

However for those who do not know the full story, I'll put numbers here.

You sold shares in 5 rounds, 200000 shares each, starting from 0.0006 up to 0.001 BTC per share.
And total is 120 + 140 + 160 + 180 + 200 = 800 BTC.
So, yes, the number is wrong, you should have 800 BTC, not 750 (as I quickly approximated before).
If you think this number is wrong - we'll be glad to see your calculation here.

But you don't have even 750, as you just stated. Thanks for being honest. I hope everyone is now able to make their conclusion.
