I love bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I feel more comfortable doing so and will do whatever that I can to support it. Now tell me how can I work with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies? Although it is illegal in my country.
Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss. Thanks in advance.
I don't see how that limits or stops you from making your transactions easily. You can cash into a domiciliary account and transfer into your bank account later. The only difficulty that might be is if the sites bans your country from partaking in their ICOs; if this isnt there, then your government can't really stop you from working and making earnings from Cryptocurrency; this is internet based.

If your country banned it in national interest you should follow all those rules. The only thing you can do is, to safe your cryptos for long term in as safe wallet. It might be possible that later your country may remove ban on cryptos so in that case you can come into the market again with your current portfolio.
Do not store your coins on exchange wallet if you are going to save them for long term.

follow the rule of your country, if I was you I will sell all of my asset and withdraw it into my bank account and stop using bitcoin, maybe you can find the alternative like other altcoin or cryptocurrencies ( if your country just banned bitcoin) and find another platform ( if your country banned cryptocurrencies)

I agree with you. An example in my country is banned using bitcoin, but it is only prohibited as a means of buying and selling transactions. So if selling or buying keeps the official currency of my country and I keep managing bitcoins.

You still can do transactions abroad where Bitcoin isn't prohibited. But it is a bit hassle doing in other countries compared in your own country. You may need a lot of bank requirements( or if there are any bitcoin cashout machine) to cashout your money.

there is nothing you can do besides following the law in your country because if bitcoin banned mean use bitcoin is prohibit and not allowed and having bitcoin also will against the law and i think the only way now you have to find someone to help you to convert your bitcoin to your local currency and sold all of your bitcoin asset

to be honest i didnt know how can a country bam bitcoin because they did not even hold bitcoin at the first place . I suspect they only ban those websites that is related to bitcoin and also exchanges that accepts or trades bitcoin. @op i suggest try to use proxy or software that can change your ip address. Vpn can also help you access those restricted sites so that you can still do your bitcoin activities. Theres also no need to ask the governments officials because probably they wont help you either.

use vpn as possible. in my country also do not accept bitcoin but have not banned bitcoin. maybe you should find a way with other crypto players from your country, then apply to your government so as not to ban bitcoin. at least your just have but not for transactions in that country. there must be a reason why your government banned bitcoin, but the best way I think using VPN.

no need to worry on one fine day your country will allow Bitcoin as most of the country's are doing same thing. I suggest you to take help from local forums as they know better methods than others.

You can either:
A) Cry
or
B) Move
or
C) Keep using it but go full Assange and all darkweb
Has your government actually made it illegal, though? Lots of misinformation out there.

The first thing is relax and find why that has happened. Your country's host page is made of digits that are called gates which must give access to the bitcoin pages..... You will have to ask some computer savvy folk to show you how to maneuver through the access portal. Or better still relax until your country lifts ban or relocate to another bitcoin friendly nation..... Best of luck

If your country banned the bitcoin means you were prohibited to use it,if you use then you may face legal consequences. But the countries may change their status later so all you can do is turn out to be a long term holder because no one can find that you are holding a crypto currencies and also you can ask your seom of overseas friends to buy cryptos for you then receive coins from them is the best way to keep your anonimity.

If a country has banned bitcoin, it means something. It may mean that all is not ready or fine within the financial system to be accepted as a legible investment. I would suggest you first know the reason. And after that, if you feel the government is right, then you take your own decision. You should also remember that bitcoin is a decentralise currency and no government/bank has any control over it:
1. Either dispose of (sell) the bitcoin, so that you stay clear moving forward
2. You may want to store and forget about it for a long-term, until the government rule changes.
I would always suggest being on the positive side of the law.

You should first of all know the reason why your country banned bitcoin in the fist place, and avoid doing that, in my opinion i don't think that any government or anyone is able to prevent people from using bitcoin, because it is decentralized that is the whole point of using it, that it can't be controlled, even if they block some bitcoin sites people could still use VPN to bypass that, so it should be useless to try and ban it. That is right, it is decentralized and nothing can control it. However, for sure there will be a certain reason why I they already banned it to your country. But I think that there are always another ways for you to continuing involving in bitcoin. Like the mostly said, bitcoin is decentralized so any transactions that will be done by this are can't recognized or known by the third party which is the banks and also the government in your country, so it's up to you if you're willing and wanted to continuous doing it or already stop and follow the rules in your country.

we're in the same situation, my country is banning bitcoin too. But there's no effect in me, you country is and my country is banning bitcoin as a currency for trading in our country. But, if you just trading your bitcoin in exchanges, there's no one can stopped you do it, so it doesn't matter. You can still owning and trading bitcoin freely.

if your country prohibits the circulation of bitcoin then you should take advantage of bitcoin prices and bitcoin access using internet or other VPN that can penetrate the ban and can surf the internet.

Hi there Farhan786! What country are you from? There are types of government ban to cryptocurrencies. Some have just place a ban on ICO, some place a ban on mining, while others ban for trading, but there are some countries that fully ban any kind of transaction of cryptocurrencies. If you are not into mining, most of the user utilize the vpn or virtual private network. Thru the use of vpn your computer could connect to another computer in another country as if your are on that location. Your IP when traced will be shown in the vpn server country. Utilization of vpn is very common, however some have comes with a hefty price while some are free, but the security could be questionable.

Yes right, please state why your country bans bitcoin. Or maybe they just implemented strict compliance with it that you can't -for now- abide. I don't advise you to just follow anyone here saying use VPN or anything (use onion maybe) to use it as it is quite dangerous for you. Your ISP might be able to still track if I'm not wrong.
