::About ShadowCoin(SDC)::
Bitcoin is a great work, but it’s not friendly to the environment on mining and the confirm time is too long for ecommerce payments. Inspired by NXT and RIPPLE, we are committed to create a new generation currency.
The second generation currency is more competitive than the first generation as Bitcoin. In the era of currency, we believe technical advantages ensure survival. PoS resolve a big environmental issue instead of meaningless waste of energy.
NXT gives a solution but it’s not perfect. So we decided to create a better currency. We called it ShadowCoin, and it is an open source project.
It’s P2P features will prevent exchange closed under the intervention of the government such as India and China.
No government have the ability to track and close the ShadowCoin.
It’s just like the shadow did.
::ShadowCoin(SDC) With P2P and PoS Features::
The first block generates 100% ShadowCoin (96,000,000 sdc) and no new ShadowCoin will be created. All coin is pre-mined means you don’t have to waste a mass of calculation on mining.
Every account earns coins from transaction fees later. Block time is 1 minute, and there are 2880 transactions per block. Support two decimal points in the beginning.
Network code of ShadowCoin is already done.
PC Client is under development, ios and Android Client support for currency trading.
High anonymity network mode is still testing, and you can run the nodes on Tor or any other anonymity network.
Distributed transaction system that integrated into the client, will no longer need to deal website. (Forget Mt.gox, Btc-e, etc. lol)

:: IPO of ShadowCoin::
We are not sure how many bitcoins we need in total; in fact this is not our real concern. We just hope more people can participate in it. If you donate lots of BTC, you will have the opportunity to become a major shareholder. If you are willing to donate a small number of money to help my project, 0.01 BTC is entirely enough. Of course, we will try to encourage our friends to join this epic test.

NXT’s 100% PoS has achieved some success; it is also the source of our inspiration.
Differ from NXT’s 100% PoS; here is a more equitable solution
We planned distribute 80% of total amount (76,800,000) for shareholders in IPO.
-We will distribute 50% SDC to the early stakeholders; The rest will be distributed to shareholders after that. (30%)
10% is used for reward of contribution to ShadowCoin community. (If you are a skilled translator or web designer, just PM me or email to me. )
7% for Development costs and equipment maintenance, 3% for giveaway.(it may change but we will publish the details)

A:Thanks for ur interest in Shadowcoin.
NXT is 100% PoS Currency. Some problems have appeared since its release.
So we allocate 80% to shareholders. To avoid over concentration problem.
And we r testing SDC's own feature: High anonymity network mode. u can choose to open or close the function.
To avoid some government intervention such as India n China.
Dark ShadowCoin Self-Recover is a great feature but it's under development.
Q:I want to know does the top 50, top 50-150 et. al mean the donation percentage or the donation order?
A:Obviously, base on your donation percentage in top 50(Level1) or top
50-150(Level2)
Q:I saw the NXT moved.
A:NXT has moved to the construction site and buy device.
After the end of the IPO,
we will also convert all BTC or LTC into funds. Read the description of the risks, you can decide request return of funds or not before the ipo ends.
