Hi Fellas,

I can imagine that the n000b forum isn't exactly the right place to ask for a trade like this, but HEY I obviously am a BitcoinTalk n000b who isn't allowed to post in those other threads. Anyways, I cannot wait four hours to finally being able to do so, since I am just really fucked up by this Mt.Gox verification/withdrawal bullcrap. Any patience is gone by now and I am seriously done discussing with their damn support.

So, it would be great and very much appreciated if a Mod could move this thread to the marketplace!?

I have 8700USD stuck on Mt.Gox and I am willing to trade for BTC, Paypal, Moneybookers or Neteller.

I am really looking forward to your offer.

Can't you withdraw BTC from Mt. Gox?  Just trade your USD for BTC and send the BTC elsewhere. 

If you can't send out your BTC then I agree, you'll have to sell at a discount, divide your USD balance by the Mt. Gox price and shoot for 5 - 10% under that.  That seems like a reasonable price, but YMMV.

Yes, exactly. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I cannot even withdraw BTC. So, it does make perfect sense. You get my USD and you send me BTC to some other wallet.

Tell you what.  I'll take your $8700 USD, and give you 9 BTC for it, but only if I can successfully add it to my own MtGox account, sell it, and withdraw it as BTC.  If all of that goes without a hitch, I'll give you your 9 BTC.  If I run into trouble, I'll give you the MtGox USD back.

The last post in that thread was February 11, 2012, 06:25:45 PM - so again the entire thread is worthless.

I will bet you that if they will not let you transfer your USD or BTC out of your account then they will also not let you transfer them to another account.

Ask them if you can transfer to another user or not.  Post the reponse here.

No, this is not the reason. I have sent them my documents twice right now. All nice and clean high resolution scans.

And I am waiting now about 3 weeks already since applying for the second time. The notification in my account telling me how long the verification process might take recently even changed from 10 business days to 20.

So, I am just fucked up. This is all.

Despite all that, the worst was that they literally trapped my Coins.

One day I logged into my account and found that they were providing me with a deposit address. So, I obviously assumed that my account must have been verified in the meantime, because their notification clearly said that you could not DEPOSIT or withdraw without verification. However, I was able to deposit my BTC. When I realized that the trading engine pretty much sucks, I wanted to transfer them back again, but I couldn't.

So, I checked my email inbox for some verification email. But instead I found that they just had sent me a denial of verification.

I mean WTF?

Is there any other solution then?
In case you do not believe me, I gonna send you the very same documents and you can login to my account. No problem.

By the way, does anyone know what happens when you click "DELETE ACCOUNT"?

Seriously, I am just too afraid to click it myself, since I do not trust those crooks anymore. Maybe it'll be all gone and they could argue that I wanted to delete it. Well, I am just wondering what they gonna do with my funds in case I was looking to close my account with them.

So, did anyone close a Mt.Gox account, yet?
