I think we'll be seeing this more and more where pool take forever to pay out, or even acknowledge coins mined on launch adding to confusion and pissing people off.

Dont panick, we only have a combined hash rate of a little over a megahash so can't/arent doing anything funny.

It will be due to the stabilising period, blocks are flying out at the moment and the hash rate is fluctuating fast. This is different from what you'll see with most coins as there was Zero premine!  So normally the stabilisation period will happen in the background before anyone knows about the coin

thats just how it shows. if you are the only person trying to mine , then it will show that you will mine htis in one day. but after a few hundred blocks. difficulty adjusts itself so you are slowed down to less. and less. and less. until a constant dificulty that will take you 3 yrs to mine it , from the day you started
