I just loged in at www.miningpool.co

All of their found blocks are invalid? At the "Last 200 Mined Blocks" is no valid block... all are red. Is this pool really on the right blockchain???

That's because they updated to 1.2 at block 5182 just a few hours ago. All blocks mined since are valid and being confirmed as we speak (the oldest one has been confirmed 16 times). The chain is in sync. Note that all blocks pre 5200 need 120 confirms. After block 5200 this will be set significantly lower so confirms are fast.

Once the blockchain hits 5200 we will start looking at queries, once again thanks for your patience here.

Short Term Plans Going Fwd:

i. Sort out remaining issues members have.
ii. Add 2 more pools
iii. Updating iCoins website
iv. Start promotions

So, retarget @ block 5200? Because all pools show it @ block 5280

Those pools will need to check that out. You can confirm from the below.

If we can get this to an exchange it could pick up (because of the name and nice logos). No coinedUP please.

Apperently Cryptsy is doing updates to their security and are not adding any new coins right now. I think the best bet would be Bter.com.

We want to stick to 1 exchange and that being cryptsy and then later on more high profile exchanges. Like I mentioned in the OP, we don't want coin prices being effected initially
because 1 exchange has a lower or higher price.

It could take up to 20 minutes for hashrates/workers to appear. As long as you're hashing and getting accepts all is good. Patience is key.
