Sorry guys, had some serious pool problems when the re-target hit.

Vardiff was set for most miners way above what the network diff was. Tried to change it and, for lack of a better way to put it, the pool crapped itself.

No, I have never seen these problems before - not sure what the heck is going on.

Everything seems to be getting orphaned.

I had to make a start.bat file with
 
icoin-qt.exe -server

that started the wallet in server mode.
Then connected to it with my miner
minerd.exe --algo scrypt  -o 127.0.0.1:9888 -u username -p password
