I think whatever someone will do with his coins is nobody's business. But what we can do is to advise bounty hunters to hold their bounty-earned tokens for a while. It pays to wait. Patients is golden

Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

One thing I know. They got too tired of waiting.
ICO's takes like 2-3 months before they pay bounty hunters with their tokens and sometimes it takes 6 months. (that is the longest that I experienced)
With that, they would want to take what they worked for in fiat or in other crypto currency. They do not want to see more updates about the token that they supported and got weary with it.
Some still stay and keeps that token. Hell, I got 4 bounty token that is still intact.  Grin

A lot of factor may be behind this action, some sell off because they prefer holding ETH compare to holding the particular coin, some sell off because it worth a fortune at the time the tokens comes on exchange and they believe if they wait some more time then it may fall in price.

They are tend to sell out immediately when the token is listed in an exchange, because they want to make profit fast and also they have fear of missing out. They are not the real investors of the project. Bounty hunters should hold the tokens at least mainnet launch and then see the physical product which they believe to be successful before giving up on the project.

Why bounty hunters sell their rewards immediately is because most of them don't believe in the project and are scare of fall in price, that's why they dump them to make instant reward by selling them

I think there are two reasons, maral and financial. Moral is the desire to get real income for their work. The financial reason is basically the same, but also that many tokens will be much more difficult to sell later, when the hype around the project will pass.

Selling your coins immediately after you receive your reward from the bounty should be depending on the platform ,if you really think that your coins will grow even more then just hold it.

Some people need fast reward for their efforts while some don't actually believe in the long term hold of the project. But the negative thing about bounty holders dumping their token is it sometimes have a downward effect on the price of the coin and the price of the coin starts come down really bad. I am of the opinon that projects should lock out bounty rewards until weeks after it has been listed before giving it to both bounty hunters and airdroppers.

The reason why there are many dumpers out there because they want to meet the official ico price and sell it as soon as possible for a huge income. This is the wrong strategy they made but sometimes it's good. For me it's good to dump if you're on the first day of exchange.

They probably know that most altcoins are lower price on exchange or after the ICO ends, so they wont take a risk for waiting and holding the tokens. Their  decision selling tokens immediately is right than holding and waiting the best day. It is better to sell and keep safe on the wallet. I personally experienced holding and waiting, at the end that there was no value for my coins.

because they want to make money fast, that is the main reason of why we are seeing a lot of dumps after the icos list on exchanges.. usually it is coming from weird bounty hunters that only care about money

yes here the disadvantage is our investors, after the ICO is finished and the price is not appropriate and even continue to decline because the bounty continue to sell after distribution is complete. and true everything becomes a coin that has no meaning to sell.

You cant dictate them because its a normal act for a human being to sell out tokens yet those things considered as a salary.Just like on having a typical job, once we receive salary we do have different spending or priorities in life to focus on. Bounty hunter would definitely done the same thing even myself once i do get my tokens and its already listed on exchangers i would definitely sell out without any hesitations because that was the money you being paid to be part of their marketing.

Because it only takes about three to four weeks after exchange listing before price starts crashing. Exchange price is usually above the ICO price during this period which is why bounty participants choose to sell immediately. After this period, price will remain significantly below the ICO price and recovery may take years or until the project has actually continued on with their roadmap.

It may be because the way to make money is not the same! I also do bounty missions, but I will not directly sell the cryptocurrency I have obtained! I prefer to wait for it to appreciate and then buy and sell. I think that the bounty I can get for the cryptocurrency is good. They will have good development, so I'm willing to hold it for some time!

Because it happens that as soon as you get your tokens then the price for them falls almost twice and then you earn very little, I certainly wait a bit before selling for the price to return at least to the price of ICO and then sell it

Maybe they think that there isn't much room for appreciation for the bounty tokens. There will be more room for appreciation of the tokens invested in Ethereum or other excellent cryptocurrencies, so as to obtain greater profits, I think this is also a kind of Good method.

Maybe because they needed a money immediately that is why. With the long wait of it and maybe needs and wants piled up, so of course that is only thing you look forward to pay for all that. Thats why they sell immediately.
