I always do 50/50 this is I kept the 50% of the shares and and sold the 50% as a rewards from months of doing bounty but sometimes I do an exception, I kept 100% of the bounty and wait for their platform to release, hoping the price will surge because of the platform.

I think the main reason why bounty hunters sell their rewards fast is to earn quick after a long duration of work without thinking how it will affect the project.
