I don't understand what with this price fluctuation, now it's almost 400, refresh after 15 min it's 300..

Someone is manipulating the market to intentionally bring the price down and buy up as many USDe's as they can. No need to panic. No one in their right mind would be selling this low without an agenda. As far as the graphic, yes, let it fly please AND post the final here. Thanks again! Will square with you in a while. I've been watching it also, small sell orders all the way down so people sell cheap  Very small sell orders to create an illusion of full scheet. |

That's another reason why we should be on a medium or bigger exchange.
But there's an advantage of this fluctuation, we have BTC volume:) and for the major exchange that's all they need to know:)
