I don't understand why there is so much noise here.
SOmebody is posting that this coin is dead and everybody start to panic. Another one is writing that someone else lied about some exchanges, everybody start to panic.
If you want to verify something follow coinUSDe tweets and replies from various exchanges and websites.

The Unitary Status Dollar eCoin, also known as USDe is quickly becoming a serious cryptocurrency contender on the ever-growing scene of meaningfless cloned-joke-coin projects.  USDe's strongest asset, aside from its global name recognition and strong community of supporters, is in the fact that it brings something fresh to the table -- a currency with a mission, to educate, entertain and bring about a massive adoption of cryptocurrency to the regular middle-class household, which is unaware that alternate forms of payment even exist.

Interesting fact!

USDe coin is one of the few coin that was released this year that had a steady nethashrate of +1Gh/z . Don't trust every guy that come here and try to create panic. Trust those who are mining this coin since day 1.
Because we all know, time is money. And these guy don't waste they're time for nothing, they believe in USDe and in our project.

We should start an USDe Diehard club.  I have been mining this coin since day one at approx 45Kh/s, and I have amassed a whoppin 9500 coin (1500 or so were given to me)!!!!  I'm in it for the long haul with everything I have.  The only other thing I am mining is bitcoin with my massive 333mh/s USB drive (I'd be using it for USDe if I could).  

Those of you who have the ability to mine this coin with big hash rates and aren't have no guts or vision for what this coin has the ability to be.  Maybe I'm wrong, I pray not, and I'm willing to bet I'm not with all I got.

You should not use copies of the same wallet.dat simultaneously on multiple instances. The wallets create a new set of keys from time to time, and two different copies end up unsynced from the keysets so that you might be missing balances from some of the wallets even thou the coins are there. This goes with all bitcoin-qt based clients and their wallet.dat:s, not just USDe. It might work just fine for some time, but probably not forever and not worth the risk.

EDIT: ONE WALLET PER ONE DEVICE AT A TIME!

Not entirely, if you switch between two copies that you frequently use it's as bad. Only situation when a copy of the same wallet should be used is when restoring a backup and the other copies of it will no longer be used on other installations.

Never mind that. With the large amount of cryptocurrencies available, these attacks are inevitable, and I'd go as far as saying that most are from supporters of weak coins who feel threatened by USDE's strength, which only serves to prove how successful USDE already is. I also believe that the people behind other serious coins (like the ones in my signature) don't feel the need to go badmouthing another coin because they have enough confidence in their own coins and their communities.
