We are testing our pool, not sure if everything works, but my workers are connected.

Help us test if you want: http://qbt.minersbest.com/

get an account and use

-o stratum+tcp://qbt.minersbest.com:10474 -u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password

in your batch.

Your pool can be reach.
However, my worker is still not active, on your pool.

And the number of pool worker is ZERO.

same here, using -

C:\qbit\minerd64.exe -a qubit --url=stratum+tcp://qbt.minersbest.com:10474 --userpass=xxx.xxx:xx -t 4

connects and hashing away but not reported in pool

Ok, I give up.
I come back to XRP , at least giving my contribution to "scientific" development, instead of wasting time on this crazy coin.

all shares at the moment invalid, i dont know, the reason are the diff or the pool.
i check the pool at the moment

"difficulty" : 358.02304738,

hugh, I never seen difficulty for any new coin explode like this ? WTF

This botnetcoin or what ?

diff change is just too fast only 20 blocks.
This coin could have been something if devs wouldnt release standalone miners to it allowing only wallet mining for a while this wouldnt allow botnet owners to mine it

aa ok, so because they had a standalone miner available from launch, this was actually an open invitation to all the botnet blackhats I see

"difficulty" : 525.95745244,, now  Grin

Well I am out not gonna compete with botnets obviously

I don't care about trolling  here. I have 10 blocks because I spent some money to biuld a proper mining rig. I have 8 E3 1230v3 wich costs money. People with one or two CPU wants to become rich from one single coin in one single hour, well there is no such movie. Smiley

I don't have E3 1230v3 like you but I agree with most of what you said. If people want to have million coins with their normal CPU, why don't go to Bernankoin. You can have zig millions in 1 day.

you fucking moron.
how to deal with such people?  Shocked

coin without premine, open source from start.. yes have some bugs .... i hoped cryptocommunity will help to develope qubitcoin but get only " you fucking moron." and "big red text" ... why you people see only problem in other people but  not in yourself? for me was strange to read about "russian scam" like we live in 1960-80 when was cold war... i only have in mind words from Hacker Manifesto

We make use of a service already existing without paying for what could be dirt-cheap if it wasn't run by profiteering gluttons, and you call us criminals. We explore… and you call us criminals. We seek after knowledge… and you call us criminals. We exist without skin color, without nationality, without religious bias… and you call us criminals. You build atomic bombs, you wage wars, you murder, cheat, and lie to us and try to make us believe it's for our own good, yet we're the criminals.
Yes, I am a criminal. My crime is that of curiosity. My crime is that of judging people by what they say and think, not what they look like. My crime is that of outsmarting you, something that you will never forgive me for.

Well then it is not difficult though, you need to follow the order, otherwise it will fail:
git clone ..
cd QubitCoin/src
chmod +x leveldb/build_detect_platform
mkdir obj
cd leveldb
make
cd ..
make -f makefile.unix "USE_UPNP=-"

If you messed up the order, just use make clean -f makefile.unix and do it again.

Good luck!

You can build the qt-client to. In the source dir type:
qmake -makefile qubit-qt.pro
make "USE_UPNP=-"
