This is called "business risk" my friend... Qbit to the moon project is incoming! And the only way we can control this risk is to develop Qbit project. So the next step will be Qbit Foundation. Later I'll post new version of "tasks and progress" A couple of words about voting. Also current poll voting is not good. Sorry guys, I have not tested it well before using. It can't determine the winner, but it can determine outsiders. So we'll have second round with much less options. Outsiders are: 1, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. Unlisted logos plus matrixfighter concept will go to the next round.I've found acceptable online voting poll service for the next round.

Developers disappear???????????????
He is like Satoshi Nakamoto: First creates a great coin and then disappears.

I'm wondering, how are you people financing these mining rigs? If you have 30 cpus on QubitCoin which can't be traded yet (or at least not much), do you have another cpus on some other coin that covers that? If that's not the case, you must be thinking about it as a long term investment, but I still find it little hard to dump hundreds of dollars to rent servers and then hope that it'll pay back in a few months.
you know ... for example as myself I am doing this way... I have 5 rigs that are all time mining scrypt coins via gpus ... and "additionally" I am using cpus on those rigs to mine this coin They both does not excluding So for me its like mining this coin additionally while in real I am focusing on somthing bigger So answer is simple... if it will be not used why not to use and try lucky of earnining way more ? Same here. I have 10 dedicated machines for mining (currently Doge, previous LTC, and originally BTC) -- each one has two Radeon GPUs (most have two 7950), plus an A10-5800k APU (also mining scrypt at ~35KHASH on the built in GPU), and now using the CPU portion for QubitCoin Also have several other machines that are not dedicated miners; but all do have GPUs that are mining as well. --- A tip for anyone not super "techy" that also wants to do this -- go to task manager and remove affinity from one core of the CPU so the GPU mining doesn't slow down. Had someone ask me this on Facebook last night so just throwing it out there

I believe that qbit with new hashing algo will grown up as lite or prime or quark.

So, in this branch, I read some posts about new algoritm and great potencial of Q2C. Lets dispute about its price. What do you think, How much real cost for this coin will be? coz today price is too low, I think. Does It compare with Quark? coz exclude algoritm, it same, I mean reward for block, amount coins and other conditions, Am I right? Any suggestions?

It depend on us. When Q2C comes to exchanges and diff hit ~2000 ~2500, price should be at least 0.0001 or 10k = 1BTC. At least I hope.

Nice site. Some points: 1. logo: should we use the same logo which is the winner of voting? 2. Replace Quark with Qbit. 3. Make links be links. Anyway, nice job. Thank you for your effort.

Anyone know hash rate for AMD FX-9370 (8-core) processor for this coin ?
Or possibly AMD Opteron 6376 (16-core) ?

- this only demo design (no cms)... - correct content later - about logo (winner logo, its cool but it is not suitable for the site, as I just have not tried it ( ) - about link - its only design and responsive demo (ipad/mobile/tv/pc) if all is well then tomorrow will be a full-fledged website

At least I hope. it's too early to know and personally i spoke on this topic here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=411065.msg4685049#msg4685049We could start discussing about the Qbit Foundation idea instead, because i think that the bad thing about not having a premine is that if no one does enough donations to the developers, the development is slowed down. If the dev come back soon, we could imagine to send him a registration fee for Qbit Foundation membership (10k?) and then the members can vote and decide how to promote Qbit. Do you agree?
