A pool is a great idea.

If anyone decides to code one i would join, i can't compete anymore.

send a email to contact@kushco.in and they will put it on the site too

How can you determine whether you have mind a "real" block or an orphaned block.
When i check the debug.log it says nothing about orphans just 'accepted'

You are mining a real block, but its happening faster then you can communicate with the system, so once it updates it removes it when it finds out someone beat you to it...kinda...

diff adjust coming soon
