That all depends on what rig you've got and other factors. What coin to mine is not a straight forward question.

Maybe coinye coin? It has some media attention already, so maybe this is next big thing. Another thing is that difficulty is low at the moment, so you can mine it fast and then exchange it for LTC/BTC.

In jan 10th the coin "klondikeCoin" was launched, and let me tell you that was the most successfull launch Ive seen in a long time! No premine, few coins and a seriously brilliant dev-team behind it. Also the name is brilliant if you check up the meaning of Klondike gold rush
the difficulty is still around 1,3ish and it is still recommended to solo-mine since it still is very profitable. If the rest goes as smooth as it has until now, this coin will be bitcoin part 2 IMO. No bullshit memes or crap that will attract dumpers to destroy it when it hits market.
