Yes, we were not able to support some of our Users during Jan, as our team was not prepared for the sudden influx of users that the January pump brought.
We were among the first to realize the customer support gap in the Indian Crypto ecosystem, we provided 24/7 support since inception of PocketBits to all our users and we were lauded for it, as it so happens we were not able to keep up with our promise during Jan and hence some Users were frustrated and rightly so. All of the issues or delays faced by the users are solved but none of them have rectified or updated their reviews, as is the case with any industry most users don't write reviews when there is always positive experience but one negative experience can cause them to write about it, we are not complaining as it was our shortcoming and we have rectified it.

Hoping some users find the time to write about the Positive Experiences too, I don't think my reputation on LBC matters as in the end the product PocketBits should have the right reputation and we will certainly fix it by providing exceptional service again, we disrupted the industry once and we will do it again.
