NEO and IOTA have this unique approach to the blockchain by using DAGs that require no fees to operate, among other benefits. Are there other similar coins that are flying under the radar that can have a good bump in price in the near future?

Edit: Meant NANO not NEO. My bad.

Im pretty sure NEO is not a DAG, I think its a delegated proof of stake (where gas comes from) which is a blockchain not a directed acyclic graph.

Raiblocks was the first DAG out there, they have since re-branded to NANO, not really under the radar though....

Even if you found a coin with a small market cap that had a DAG its not guaranteed a good price bump, some people argue DAG systems are not blockchains anyways. Even IOTA has doubts from big hedge funds if the system is secure.

Lately I see a lot of people talking about NEO, I do not know exactly coin that is similar to NEO and IOTA, but save NEO is it possible to be profitable for the near future?

Possible but nothing can be assured especially these days.  Also depends on how long is your "near future". Wink

Have you heard about Byteball? Its also based on DAG, already have a working product, it has smart-contract platform with a lot of features. You can send coin via email, already listed on major exchange like Bittrex, and other small exchange like Cryptopia and others. I don't know why its less popular then other DAG crypto like NEO/IOTA. Byteball absolutely is a good investment. Others coin like NANO (formerly Raiblock) is also DAG, though it seems like it is just "hype" coin.

It charges fees, so industries that want 0 fee tx, like the IOT market, haven't adopted it.

NEO charges fees too, but I think it is closer to ETH in its design--AFAIK it's not a DAG.

I do not know more crypto currency, which uses the same technology. Strangely why people do not use it so actively now, but I hope in the future IOTA will become famous.
