If Vitalik leaves, others will still be available, because they work in team. The. vitalik is not leaving, rather he is staying to bring about more development on ethereum.
My support has always been for ETH and I am still in support of it.

Vitalik Buterin is a very clever man. He understands very well that at the moment the future of the crypto industry depends on him. If he wants to leave Ethereum then we are waiting for a smooth decline to the original price.
