Yes I agree with you on this point, you do bounty campaign and after completion of work it comes to know the ICO fails or scam, at that time very bad feeling but you cannot do anything in this point but these scam forced you to choose bounty more carefully and make you more aware about joining a particular bounty. From last couple of months we see lot of bounty failed and bounty hunter get nothing after doing good work. My personal view on this is there Should be some more guide line about paying to bounty hunter whether your project is success or fail, bounty hunter do his work on his part so he should be paid.

We need to push scammer out of the scene even if it is so obvious that a project is a scam some people will still invest in it just because they are looking for a project that will give them 200% or more back on returns and I don't think there has been any such project in recent times. We need to stop thinking of the money alone let just stick to existing and well established projects . The number one things is that anyone can create a crypto currency in ether token or coin and I think tokens are more easier that's why most projects have been creating tokens .... we all need to be careful

I think this is because with a website and telegram and your social media accounts in place you can start marking and selling ico at a stipulated date I think it should be more than this because this give them easy way in and easy way  out and I think it should not be this simple only time will tell ...
