it happend because Bitcoin is going down again and again.
Bitcoin Affected other coin and a new project, but i believe this moment will be passed on december.
December the market will back to normal and Bitcoin price is high.

And since many people are creating their own coins, but mostly they failed that's why many scam project until now its become more and more scam project are coming. Also the thing here is that creating coin is too easy which anyone can really make their own and make their hands dirty on creating a convincing whitepaper and roadmaps but on the other side they do just tend out to scam investors on the very first place. This is why we cant really completely wipe out these scam projects but somehow we can really avoid it if we are just smart and do research things out.
It wont be easy but we can possibly do such thing.

I have only been scammed only once in this, and I think that was as a result of being careless and since then I have been very careful and I don’t go for anything I see no matter how attractive they look. Some of these projects here don’t really have enough funds and they do end up going bankrupt and failing to pay users, while there are also some that are pure scam. You should really learn how to avoid all these problems. They are very bad and have been the reason why some people quit.

That's just the way it is. We bounty hunters make all effort to comply with bounty rules but sometimes the project doesn't launch, didn't hit softcap or exit scammed, some tokens doesn't even hit exchange.

Just move on to the next bounty. It's just sad to lose several weeks worth of work and not get paid for it.

Now the situation with the ICO is very bad.  Very few successful projects.  Very few projects reach soft cap.

Always check all information about the company before investing.  Now really a lot of scam projects.

Scam ICOs are such a disappointment, they ruin the trust people have in crypto. I wonder if this guy heard from the manager and how thorough he was in studying the project documents.

Nowadays there are more scam project is came out, so the best thing to do with it is make a research and study it before you invest. Also its getting more and more are scam project this year and possible to grow it even more especially now that its become popular and many people are getting interested to it. And that's the reason why many new coming scam project .

studying a project from the whitepaper is a very important to study whether this project is good,
but we cannot be sure whether the project is scam because more than 90% of ico is a scam.

That’s' why I prefer not to invest in ICOs anymore and do other crypto activities. I prefer markets. We can study all we want and whitepapers may look legit, but it turns out to be a scam anyway. We need to wait out.
