I have one experience before, the bounty is good, the project is good, but what they've done is that, the bounty pool is already set but they've changed the payment for periods into fixed token which disables the essence of the bounty pool. it's a very bad situation from management and founder. they had a few years of thinking only about their interests. I hope in 2019, there will be another program to attract investment. ICO should be removed from the crypto market.
