If your card supports it. Gotta unlock voltage control in settings.

Apparently my card(s) doesn't support it I have never been able to use it although I have checked the box to unlock it.  Unless someone with the same card can correct me on that.  I might check out trixx.  I really like that Afb will put a GPU temp reading in the systray as I can see the temp at a glance by remoting into the machine without having to interact with the desktop.

I have found that trixx is much more reliable then afterburner but I feel the same way about the temp monitoring. My solution was to overclock with trixx monitor my temps with afterburner.

Unwinder just released a version to control two cards not synced nor bridged. I don't know if it can control 3 or more.

You can try AOCLBF For windows (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=10264.0) which is a miner and over clock tool in one.

Hey stryker, looks like your #2 5800 is outperforming mine by quite a bit despite being clocked 25MHz lower.  Could you elaborate on your miners setup?  I'm on phoenix and posted the options I'm using in the post directly before yours.

Also, a general question for all who may read.  I have been decreasing the mem clock on this card and now that I am down to 550 from 800 previously my mhash rate is up from 287 to around 293.  Is this a benefit of the lower memory clock rate?  I was under the impression that a lower memory rate was just a measure to save wattage.

Hi, I run it with the software and params below:

screen -d -m python phoenix.py -u http://jonathan@topnoc.co.uk_miner1:r292nda@pit.deepbit.net:8332 -k phatk DEVICE=1 VECTORS BFI_INT FASTLOOP=false AGGRESSION=10 WORKSIZE=256

I also use the optimized phatk kernel which accounts for about 5-8mh/s better speeds.

I've seen all sorts of claims on what makes GPUs perform better, even specific aggression levels depending on the motherboard slot.... I say play and have fun :-)

You do want to lower the memory clocks tho as mining does not make extensive use of the GPU's RAM so better off reducing the clocks thus heat

The better card is a sapphire and the software I use is linuxcoin running off a usb pendrive

This is what I use with very good results.
