So today I got an email saying there was a suspicious log in attempts on my gmail account. Before i was able to log in, the 2 factor authentication was setup and the account was hijacked. Then i tried my btc-e account and it was also hacked. I submited the manual recovery through gmail but that will take 3-5 days. I emailed btc-e support as well. Anyone have any suggestions? I know I am very stupid, I didnt have 2FA. Ugh I don't even know what to do with myself

BTC-e support contacted me within the hour so I am happy. I am trying to do everything i can to get it back or atleast lock the account. I installed malwarebytes to remove anything on my computer. Hopefully none of my coins or $ was withdrawn yet since theres a 2 day lock after a password change. Ugh this is horrible, im shocked..

Always important to run things in sandboxes, reformat your machine completely regularily, and just be careful in general.
I'm suprised they could hack the 2FA on your google account.

Well no i didnt have 2FA on my google account. I was so stupid for not enabling it, never thought this could happen to me but i guess that will be my lesson. Ugh, i still have a little hope they can find my account and lock it somehow.

thank you, but i think i lost all hope. The hacker knew exactly what he was doing and probably cleared out the account because he got access to the gmail account. Just a broke college student got even more broke today...

I am also waiting for a response from them as well. Their support is really crappy and I think they ignore people since I can see my ticket was looked at since the priority was changed to a red color and my multiple support tickets were merged.
