First reply from me here, and thank you all for the support and tips provided all over the forum.

I am planning to pre order this SHA 256 mining machine (Uranus Miner), and the company replied to the order and mentioned that they did not accept PayPal neither credit cards for the time being according to a technical issues, however, they accept bitcoins and bank wire transfer only.

So can I trust this company and send the money in advance without knowing if they really will ship the item I pre ordered it or not?

Expert advice please who dealt with this company before and received their machines already with trust.

I quote my previews message to let the others be aware from this scammer company, I sent an email to them today asking for the full refund of the one device I bought and never see it and I think I shall dream for it for good!

I got a positive email feedback yesterday from HC that the payment under process and mostly it will be deposit to their account before 1st April, and after the clearance of the payment they will start shipping process which will take I think almost 30 days to reach me, I will keep this topic as tracking for what happen as I REAL experience with HC not criticizing without buying as most of the guys here :-)

It's interesting that nearly all those pics have the #emercoin hashtag with them. No surprise to see then that on the emercoin website they claim to be in partnership with hashcoins & openly advertise them, as well as some other very shady/fake companies:

I'd suggest that anyone who has been scammed by hashcoins should contact the emercoin crew, as it's pretty obvious that they are the same entity.

Try asking on the emercoin thread. Be prepared for some abuse though, they don't like to be called out on their scam, for some reason......

Oh my god another sucked in.I still have all the reciepts and emails . I've  done 3 years with these idiots. Give it time and you'll lose the lot.12.76 btc gone and they've deleted me from their database and refused to answer my calls or messages . it's a long term scam and it doesn't materialise quickly. Read the threads here .I was with them from the begining.Once that payment clears give it a year or 2 and you'll end up with nothing . I'm not the only one this has affected.If you don't want to listen then you will learn the hard way..ps I have the same reciepts for payments.It means jack shit.get ready for their bullshit excuses!

But if you bought as a private person and live in an some EU country, You can write an application here

Finally they replied today to my 3 days back email requesting to refund my money back, but as one guy here stated, they will never refund the money, and they are offering a cloud mining instead to recover my money back, here the reply:

Well, you can try to sue them, but they are on EU soil and they offer compensation --> mining contract, so unfortunately you will have a bad stand on sueing them.

I think he has a good chance because it's inside the EU. It could be China....
First thing to do is refuse to accept/activate the mining contract and read the original T&C's very closely (with professional help maybe).

The Law says, in the EU, i as a seller have to offer you compensation if i am out of stock.

The only real chance the guy has, is the 14 days right to return unsatisfactory products. If you are in this time frame, you can try to get your money back but only with the help of your lawyer. The contract of HC is invalid at this point. The question here is the cost of your lawyer against the cost the compensation.

As I said, IANAL but the EU regulations apply to all sellers based in the EU, and it doesn't matter where the buyer lives.
I would suggest going straight to the link given yourself, don't confuse things by saying that a "friend" in the EU bought it, it doesn't matter.

BOLLOX!I Don't see them rushing to my door to give me back 12.76 BTC.Same old story they couldn't deliver.You take their cloud option and that's when you get ,robbed.They give me back the 12.76 BTC they stole and I will offer a full apology. But I know they won't. A bunch of con artists.
