Last week I received a shipment from HashCoins, a pretty heavy box. So I decided to make a brief photoreview. It's the ZEUS!
According to the DHL data it weighs 22kg. The box also contained a Raspberry Pi, a USB cable and the PSU cord.
Took little time to connect it all and off to mining. Inside, there is a single Power Supply Unit, probably it's the main part of Zeus' weight. If I checked everything correctly, then the machine consumes 2.6-2.8 kWh.

how fast is the room getting warm? Its a good heating machine or?

I will prefer the new online hashfarm from hashcoins. I guess its reliable and profitable. No overheadcosts and you can deside for your own the pool you want to mine in. sounds great for me, so i will grab some TH when its available.

Well that really depends on what kinda room you plan to heat and in what country Smiley If you plan to grow tulips through the winter then you might as well get a few of these Cheesy Jokes aside: heats up the room quite fast. Regarding quality - no concerns from my side - European assembly and quality components are noticeable.

Puting it in a spare room is perfect for Winter. I guess i will grab some they have new prices : https://www.hashcoins.com/product/hashcoins-zeus/

I am not sure about the Pre-Order now for the 6 TH 2U Miner https://www.hashcoins.com/product/hashcoins-uranus/

I don't have a spare room, but the idea is great. Haven't noticed the new prices, but now that I did I feel the need for more hashrate! And the Uranus looks sweet!

Hah! Nicely put!! Grin But the new models are appetizing, gonna think about it. I agree what you said about quality, the macjines do some excessive heat but mine never turned off because of that or anything like  that... If your zeus shows some issues let me know, kay?

I was also wondering bout that after checking the new prices on SHA-256...  So I contacted HC asking about the prices. It seems that the site hasn't been updated entirely yet. But I didnt get any new numbers. Cheesy Guess we have to wait. btw, does anyone know about any other manufacturers that make scrypt-n capable miners? Im getting interested in mining other coins too

Hoooooolyyyheeeellll!!!! HC IS ALIVE!!! Cheesy
I've got some positive news today! My order was shipped, finally. I had to speak to their management myself on the phone, but it seems like a huge plus from their side.
I can confirm that written communication can take give or take a few days, but at least they're answering.
My thoughts on what I heard are mixed. Im not an entrepreneur or anything and I don't have to be one to understand its not easy to get out a fishy situation when someone you depend on really effff-s you up like happened to hashcoins and their parts supplier. but since they're trying - that earns my respect and trust.

Ill just leave this here and be waiting for my order to get here and see whats with the compensation and its volume, from there I can share more info. Time will tell

Why are the only people that have received miners noobs with no reputation?

Is it because the site looks so sketchy that only a noob would even consider preordering?

I've ordered x2 Ares last week, they promised to ship it within 2 weeks... Well, after reading the forums and having a chat on phone conclusion comes that they do work and ship the stuff. I guess I have no other options than just wait and see.
