It will be dead with or without premine, with premine it will just happen sooner. There was already one coin, then 42 coin which is not doing it's best recently, another 8 coin will not even reach exchanges. By the way dev's are not to premine and make promotions, it's a decentralized currency and community should promote it, not devs. If you're about to premine then it is not for promotion but so called - scam.
