Hello Levitate (LVT) Supporters,
My apologies for the long radiosilence. I hope you are all doing well. Unfortunately The Levitate Team fell apart about 4 months ago. The Levitate website, blockexplorer and all promotional websites have gone offline.
During these last months I didn't have the time to try to revive Levitate, but during the last weeks there was, and today I managed to get the Levitate blockchain up and running again.
I will continue to support Levitate personally as it is a nice project. Maybe if there are more of us willing to support Levitate out of enthusiasm, we can revive Levitate (LVT) as a community driven project. You are welcome to share your thoughts and insights, cheers.
This is a good new! I'd wish to have some time to learn the code...waiting for some news! Is there a preferite channel to get update? Here, Discord...else? Just wondering how many team members were working before? Because it seemed one to 2 individuals were just working before, maybe aside from Digithusiast. But anyway, we don't know the reason why some of them decided to leave this project. I hope this revival will last long this time. But being a community driven project, the development is usually slow, unless someone wants to invest his time and resources to accomplish the goals without waiting anything in return.

The Levitate Team is trying to build an exchange which is quite a challenging endeavour.
Things have gone very mercurial in the time past. First, levitate crew were outlawed in countries of Pacific zone which explains why their accounts went down along with all online activities of theirs. Where are now LVT advocates? Too bored of providing support to crippled project, or too craven to drag their sylphlike carcasses over here to defend their tapered investments? Hahaha.

Hello. Can I please provide proof that LVT was banned in the Pacific region? I just never heard of it.

There have been no reports about the project for a long time, it will be continued or finally closed, I understand that the team left the project, except for you? Maybe there are some updates, the wallet still does not sync, explorer does not work, everything is very sad. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

There are some Levitate nodes up again, probably it needs wallets with balances connected, in order to generate new blocks. If you have a wallet with LVT balance, you can run it and unlock it for staking to see if the chain gets going again.

Wow, I didn't expect to see you here, welcome back. Your stake weight is missing above, and netstakeweight is extremely high at the moment.

If you have i.e. a RPI and some LVT it is always nice to have it online and staking, sametime strengthening the Levitate network. PM me if you have a node up, but are missing LVT.

I just remember, it was listed in erex.io but now, when I checked erex, they are gone. I think, I still have some coins on that exchange. Didn't know that they already exited in crypto. So what is the plan of the dev here? There is no website link also from the OP. Are they going to launch a new site?

Judging by the surprise of the dev himself to the fact that someone else is maintaining the network in working order, it is difficult to say whether he has any intentions to revive the project. In addition, as I wrote earlier, I tried to turn on my wallet to enable pos, but nothing comes out it seems that my wallet at some point begins to lag behind the network and gets stuck. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

Well, the developer stated that the conditions for betting are such, but how it really is and what else is needed for this is difficult to say. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Min. stake age 168 hours Max. stake age Unlimited

I know only of a couple members from catapult camp to have ever onboarded levitate coin and these people are laymen when it boils down to coding stuff. They were axed from catapult team for dissipation into alcohol which is good since no drunks shall be allowed on the team especially if that team is making moves to put together the number 1 crypto in the space. Being as forthright as I could ever be, I pass on this fully legit information in an effort to educate uneducated and poor, and those wanting my stewardship.

Indeed, you are right with developers in many projects, they either turn out to be ,as it were, milder, not clean and can simply deceive investors with empty promises in the end and not provide the finished product, as was the case with LSR coin where the imaginary developer received a significant amount of about $150,000 but did not present anything in the end and simply stopped contacting. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)
