Well, let's just be devil's advocate for a second here guys.
Most PBMining payments are sent between 3AM-7AM "Blockchain.info time". (not sure what timezone they use) Currently it's 1:38 PM "Blockchain.info time". The latest their payments have been sent is at 2:45 PM, so there's still a chance they'll pay out today.

However if not, then we'll see how this plays out.

If you look back at the Payout wallet usage used by PBMining you'll see that in the few days just before each Weekly Payout a substantial sum of BTC is paid in as needed ... however this week i.e. over the last few days, that hasn't happened ...

The thing you peoples saying that just saw balance went to 0 I saw and noticed this at the time of payout when always comes !!

My balance got deducted at payout time but nothing on BTC ,

second thing is that he may pay cause if he becomes scam he must not display message HASH sold out !

Just invoke the authorities. Canada isnt Burkina Faso. The police or whatever cybercrime unit they have there is the first place to start and confirm at least the identity. If they fail to do anything you can always lawyer up and try to go for it yourself later.

For the record, when Pirate's ponzi collapsed there where a bazillion threads about pooling money, getting lawyers, personal threats blah blah blah, in the end it was the SEC that nailed him.

The agreement states that payment will be scheduled for every Sunday before Midnight ( 24:00 GMT -6 ).   Lets see what happens.
