I do make the buyer acknowledge that he is buying the account credentials to a scam company. I use the word "scam", so there is no doubt what I mean. If the buyer acknowledges that, I have no moral problem with selling the account. I deem the legal risk as minor, I'm ok with it.

Occasionally pop my head in here to show PB support. As one of their first customers bought 120gh/s back in January when that was a lot and now I'm sitting on 171% ROI.
When did you buy the contract and for what price? From what I've gathered, early birds are sitting on a 10%-20% profit at most. It'd like to know more about this user as well. He registered on January 23rd, the week after PBmining's first post, and was already a customer for a full week based on his mining payout. He posted up his receive address, 1Hk4fiuPFaTouvZJyFLXac3ieyzzc6CTWh, as an early show of support which for some reason just abruptly stopped getting payments on August 3rd. That's a pretty short 5 year contract, no? It's weird because he does appear to be a real guy, but unless he privately sold the contract without posting anything here, it's a little strange he never noticed he hasn't been paid in 4 months.

I think if you tell people up front what your selling you should have no legal comeback, so where are you advertising your account for sale David.

it's still illegal, i'd advise against it. and when the judge says to you: 'so you knowingly sold fraudulent contracts of this fake bitcoin mining company?' and you say...? I made the buyer acknowledge that he is buying the account credentials to a scam company.
boom, guilty. case closed.

Yeah, well, I'm quite confident I won't see a judge in this matter @ coinmaster: I'm still in the possesion of the account(s). The buyer said it takes some time for him to get his coins out of some service, so I reserved it for a couple of hours. If he won't get back to me, I'll drop you a line.

Curiouser and curiouser. Shortly after getting the BTC0.198533 payout he bragged about here, he received a BTC1.6BTC payment from 1JasMXsWLPhMAhw2tjbFMoqcNiWeeeRkAP. It's interesting because 1Jas is one of PBMining's addresses as you can see by it sharing inputs with a 1PBM address. 1Jas is likely one of Jason's vanity addresses, but why would he be sending 1.6BTC (the original claimed purchase price of the 100GH/s this guy supposedly bought) back to one of his original cheerleaders?

yeah i have no problem, I'm also selling my pbmining accounts (have already found a customer, though). I think there is no way to have the mail address changed now, so you should be ready to give away the email credentials. Changing the payout address should be easy.
Can you tell the price you got? Or by PM.

Sure, 0.25BTC for 625 GHs. Thats 0.25BTC too much, no doubt about it. But, again, I didn't really sell yet, I'm still waiting for the payment. Could be a bogus buyer, I don't know yet.

he is cutting exactly 93.2% of the real block reward, since the last sunday..
so, he will pay 29.9 BTC to users this sunday instead of 440 BTC , meaning 410 btc will be stolen from all users only in the last week.

Think we can now conclude Pb Mining is finished and all money lost,I feel sorry for those holders but in crypto currency there are many scammers.Dont buy from a company that has no address or phone number.
