Going by some traders I follow, this latest selloff is most likely due to CME Bitcoin Futures expiry this week. Already looks like the selloff is over mostly. Bitcoin will be bullish again once it is back over $10000 maybe sometime next month.

Going by some traders I follow, this latest selloff is most likely due to CME Bitcoin Futures expiry this week. Already looks like the selloff is over mostly. Bitcoin will be bullish again once it is back over $10000 maybe sometime next month.
CME features will expire in coming days and already the price of bitcoin will increase. Yes, expecting same thing the bullish market will start once again but for everything market cap should recover. |

hopefully it can comeback again next week, for now i will be focusing first in buying more btc when it will go down to $6000 usd again.

This is what people usually say that beware of what you ask for, since the Bitcoin Future started the price of Bitcoin has been going lower, this institutional investors that people are clamoring for are manipulating the price of BTC just like the way they do for Gold and Silver

Its surely not good sign because this was struggling between 8000$ to 9000$ for some time now suddenly its drop very quickly some are saying this will bounce back but most are fearing this could be another recession I also agree this can take long time because we have no good news which can give some good upward trend most of policies and news against this so this can drop for some time

Almost lost $1000 today in values in last two days. Just heard the bull has just entered. What's really causing this impact?
I'm not sure the bull has entered yet. Oh, and personally i blame gravity for this decline. Damn gravity, always pulling stuff.. down  I have a lot of doubts that Bitcoin will fall so low again. In my opinion, BTC will be constantly growing. I hope that we will see how it goes up to the Moon this year. |

I recall reading that mt gox is doing OTC trading so it shouldn't affect the price unless the person they are selling to decide to do a mega dump on the exchanges. Hopefully the buyer is going to hodl for larger gains, these prices are too low compared with the ATH

Almost lost $1000 today in values in last two days. Just heard the bull has just entered. What's really causing this impact? The price was bit fluctuating between $8500 to $7500 for past ten days but today's impact brought down the value near $7500. Are we towards $6000?
This is going to happen and I hope that this will be the last drop. We have to find the bottom and then we could go up! |

This is going to happen and I hope that this will be the last drop. We have to find the bottom and then we could go up! Expect the price to drop on $6k level again but don't be scared. Its a cheap price again buy more and the future is still good with bitcoin. Though its sad to see your portfolio on red again but don't lose your hope bitcoin can survive on this trial and I think you should be ready for more dumps in the coming years this is just the beginning. |

I think bitcoin will be retest support at $7000 again if in the case it can be reach in will be breakdown until $6000,this worst case but with this price i think this time to buy btc and then sell at high price. But i hope btc can bounce back and the go back to $9000 - $10000

It's always interesting and complicated with BTC action. Some volume might we fake (wash trading) . Now the sentiment is pretty bearish, people are waiting it at 6k or even 3k. Why MM would not pump it before? Most people are loosing money by trading, aren't they?

can mtgox achieve peace? it shouldn't be that hard. the absence of separatists in the crypto world makes us stronger.
6000 dollar level serious support. in volume, $ 300 billion is the same.

I do not think Bitcoin can go down to $ 6,000 levels when we think of the world average average mining costs. Especially at 7k level there is a serious resistance. Miners who have made this business profession can not see neither whalers nor other investors falling under this level because they will suffer if there is an excessive decrease.

Don't be afraid mate, the panic sellers might break the walls but our courage will never be broken. If there's a possibility that $7000 price to decrease down until $6000 we must not panic, because the bull run soon will happen but we could not say the accurate predictions of when is the exact day. It'll remain a big surprise for us, and the better ways to do is hold on and be strong. |

It'll remain a big surprise for us, and the better ways to do is hold on and be strong. all we need is to stay cool and calm, because with that we do not panic sell that resulted in loss. many people are frightened by falling prices, so they sell their coins, unwittingly they participate to make the price worse off |

I am also losing a lot., while this is normal in the cryptomarket, its better to hold on our portfolio, maybe its time to participate to other good performing coins, like CS or any other altcoins. To tell you guys, im holding for more than 6 months of bitcoin and in fact, im losing a lot, but i dont have any fear at all, because im saving it for future use, maybe in 2020 the cost of bitcoin will hit 20k usd, and it could a bless a to me, and i foresee that bitcoins will do better in the next coming years. |
