Yes I also tried to open it, it looks like the security system they have expired more than a month ago. I'm thinking why didn't they pay attention to the little things like this, the web site is the most important thing is where the potential investor looking for information in it. the team was supposed to make things secure so that users are not hesitating to access information.

they did announced it in op , this was the last line about it ,:

The team is actively negotiating with the exchanges. But to ensure that you get the tokens, you have to hold ETH on any wallet during all the fork period on 4 of July 2018 from 12:00 - 18:00 UTC, that will provided an access to a private key.
