Another market crash and we need another 2 months to recover.

Yes, I think all altcoins are based on the increase of bitcoin. If bitcoin continues to fall, then all altcoins will fall.
But I'm not panicking. I hope June will come a little earlier.

Unfortunately everything is tied together in crypto world and bitcoin down leads alts down as well.
But, like many wrote before, main key to success is to wait and don't panic.
End of June, July will makes us happy
yes that's exactly what we expect, the last few months the market continues to experience a downward trend and only accompanied by several bubbles that then explode. I miss the market that started up again and hopefully it will happen in the end of this year. |

Btc still in the same place between 5000-10000$. These days again btc down. So definitly alt coins down. If btc not arise , alt coin have no future.
Last december , btc hit 20000$ over so alt coins like eth arose to 1500$ even. Bitcoin value = alt coin values

yes, we know that bitcoin is still binding on the market and is very influential on altcoin that has entered the market. of course this is very annoying, but I'm sure the time comes when everything will grow to grow tall and maybe in the next few decades there will be altcoin that becomes a counterweight to bitcoin. |

It is like if bitcoin down alt coins down and if bitcoin up alt. coins may be up, effect of btc price affects the alt coin because alt coin is supporting to btc and is vise versa.

There are some, and one of my favorites - stratis, though there are some basis for this, that is listing to BitHumb, strat always unlucky on big news as it released their smart contracts while downtrend as well as full node alpha release also in bear market, but on the other hand it is good opportunity to accumulate more cheap strat. But all eyes on BTC as always, hope we will see Bull market...this year. |

Of course, BTC directly affects altcoins prices because BTC is the main crypto benchmark and main channel of fiat/crypto exchange. The lower BTC price is the more alts prices will bleed. But I think direct price correlations btw altcoins and BTC will diminish in 1-2 years taking into consideration shrinking market share of BTC and mass emergence of workable cryptoassets.

Well that is expected since major of the altcoins gets the fund in bitcoin and ethereum thus when bitcoin is really down so do altcoin. Where do you think the budget of major alt comes from? When they do ICO the payment they required is either at bitcoin and ethereum hence the major of their budget is bitcoin and eth. That's the reason why bitcoin = altcoin interms of price |

certainly, the pattern is indeed like that. all altcoin always follow what's happening in bitcoin, whether it be the increase or decrease. However specific to ethereum some time altcoin is often different from the others or did not follow the bitcoin. It is natural I think because of the ethereum is also a great altcoin and of course have the opportunity and the potential also to be able to stand on its own.

yes every price movement is definitely there up and down. maybe it's time for the price to go down. see several months this bitcoin rises slowly, and one by one altcoin also go up, and now we see the price back down. maybe by the end of this year there will be more surprises from bitcoin and altcoin.

The Altcoin market is always dependent on the Bitcoin market. When Bitcoin drops, the other electronic money markets will immediately drop. If there is a fair amount of money in the future and not affected by the Bitcoin market, it is ETH. ETH itself must continue to develop and improve so much to be able to stand alone.
