I'll extend if it comes back up instead of cancelling.  You should really add a second pool through a different service.

It appears to have died.   You should see an automated refund to your account on the site as the lease automatically cancelled when the unit died.    That makes 7 dead gridseeds in that chassis.   No Dead GPU's in the farm.  Just dead gridseeds.
