Furthermore,  FrictionlessCoin is the voice of the corporate entity which is not necessarily the voice of solracx.

Could you clarify this?

It sounds like you are saying that frictionlesscoin is actually not a real person, but a voice of a corporation that is owned or controlled by carlos

Yes,  from the legal perspective, two different legal entities.  So if Carlos is writing for FrictionlessCoin,  then it is from the perspective of FrictionlessCoin.

Let me see if my poor trollish brain can understand this:

You (FC/solracx/etc) are admitting that u are in fact only one person, but that u do have 2 different perspectives.

So its like if u put the red hat on, you are FrictionlessCoin, and if u put the blue hat on u become solracx.

Like Bruce Wayne and Batman.......makes perfect sense now.

So why have u been consistently lying about the FC/solracx connection ?

(I expect the answer to be: "who, me ? Oh, noes, i wasn't lying" while u frantically edit previous posts)

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

As I recall, 50M — was cap (1 BTC per acc). And 170M was unclaimed coins. That day we'd 73 accs, now there're 17k+. How many people behind it? Who knows.

Which one Nxter talked to you about fair distribution? It's intresting point of view. In my estimation whole "fair" concept is lack of context. Wealth never was divided proportionally between DIFFERENT people during any appreciable amount of time and will never be especially in decentralized system. Someone create content/service/product, someone consume it. Someone more creative, someone less. Someone sharing his wealth with others, someone hoarding. And so on.

WTF... FC made 2 threads !? lol

Hardest working scammer, liar, hypocrite, manipulator and thief on this forum.

I'm kinda curious to find out how many other scams he's run...

Like you have proof of your accusations?

scammer - where is your proof?

liar - where is your proof?

hypocrite - subject to opinion.

manipulator - where's the crime in this?

thief - where is your proof?

All you are doing is running a smear campaign just because someone else is mounting competition against your investments.

Carlos,
Manipulation carried to an extreme reulting in the transfer of value from others to yourself could be construed as fraud. Fraud is a crime

Be careful and make sure you are following all the corporate rules like enron did. Well you need to do better if you dont want to get stuck with personal liability. If you own anything of value like a house, car, they can all be taken away. Even your paycheck can be garnished.

Please stop manipulating and misleading people. Rickyjames might take an interest in you.

manipulating and misleading...  please provide evidence.

A Nxt Clone is just software.  The last time I checked, selling software was legal in the U.S.A.

Running an exchange may require a money changer's license.

Selling Bitcoin or crypto currencies is perfectly legal in the U.S.A.

Selling hardware that mines crypto-currencies is perfectly legal in the U.S.A.

Any device that creates crypto-currencies is perfectly legal in the U.S.A.

Selling software that enable a new currency is perfectly legal in the U.S.A.

So what exactly do you mean that fraud is being committed?

Well, if you say one thing (fair distribution, feature set, etc) and get money based on what you said, then you change everything and dont deliver what you promised, then that would be misleading, especially if that was your original plan

I am not saying you did this with evil intent, i am just saying that other people might. I am hoping that you will return all the money you have received and wont just publish nxt code and take off with the money. You hinted that you will let the community deal with nix, that seems like such a big change from where this all started

You just need to be careful, not from me, i am harmless guy, but there are so many people out there. I want you not to get introuble. I want to get lots of free nex and nix for all my helpful advice

BCNext sold Nxt for 21 BTC.   Unless you want to rephrase that and say 'BCNext received 21 BTC in compensation' for creating Nxt.
