Please can you cancel my current order that I placed before your site went down. I think I put too many zero's in and now all my coins are stuck in an order. I can't find any way to cancel it myself so please can you release my coins, thanks. My username is gaza1512.

Because there is nothing showing in this box. This was obviously the first thing I looked for to try. It is definitely in an order though because when you go into my wallet the value of my coins are in orange not green and they have been like this for well over 24 hours. I have also checked my emails to look for a confirmation email but I have had none for this order. Previously I have had no issues

There are several reasons for not being able to log on:
1) invalid username/password combination - probably your case (we are adding Forgot Password feature today).
2) too many log-in attempts for the session (close all browser sessions and try again)
3) too many log-in attempts for the IP address (in this case, all you can do is wait, but it's not your case)
4) banned account - not your case

Damn, really dissapointed that you put this leafcoin pair on there...

This is just junk. Coins overflowing the exchange, way too many coins for a BTC-pair... besides it already has LTC-pair on coinedup...

Try to get something with potential next time, please.
