"we all are humans..." is correct, and that includes empathy, asshole. the ticket based system will only serve to hide the things you do and the way you treat customers. you were a horrible selection as  the spokesman of the "team".
There will always be people that think like you do. Just dont use the site and forget about the thread if you dont like how things have been handled in the last 110+ pages in this thread.
We will only IMPROVE support and not DEGRADE it. Look at the support systems of other exchanges. Do you like them?

Show us an exchange in the history of cryptocurrency that has THIS KIND of support avalible.
You or any of the 10 critics leaving will not affect our exchange in any way, good luck.

i'll show you someone who called me a liar and a cheat with absolutely no proof at all, then admitted later it was a mistake and made absolutely no intention of feeling sorry after attempting to defame my reputation. you were angry because you were having site issues and took it out on me, even though i did i nothing. i don't want someone like that handling my money, and i already know there are others who don't want that now either. you are a stepping stone, and you will soon be crushed when other exchanges build who actually give a fuck about and appreciate their customers come along. enjoy your time in the limelight. in the story of bitcoin, i'm quite sure it will be short lived.

ps, your volume sucks a fat one today.

Our volume today is 327+ BTC (4 peak hours to go), yesterday it was 260+. It does not suck. Maybe you do.

Any idea why I cannot get in my wallet? And why there are Questionmarks on my balances in the trade section? As well as no open orders, nor sell or buy. When I log off, the order will become visible again.

Please check?!

i have to say, coinmarket suprised me in a very positive manner, the service is very reliable and quick compared to other bloated markets like cryptsy or coinedup. nice work
Smiley we are processing the support requests are we speak. everything should be handled in 2 hours.
Our IRC channel (#coinmarket on freenode) is, by the way, a pretty convinient support channel.
Leaving a message to the ops there with full details is sometimes better than posting on this thread, as there are different persons handling the channels.

We apologize for being somewhat rude to less than 0.5% of the users.
We will get a proper PR, support and dev team - it will be great!
We cant wait to show you the UI/tech innovations we have planned.

OMG looking forward to it Smiley Great team already!

Well, the problem is somewhat the attitude.

As you say, bugs are expected and blah blah. Well since you are so eager to point that out, you shouldnt be so trigger happy to turning some blame on users.

Go a little less personal and a little more mechanical. Just a hopefully useful pointer. If you take it the wrong way, you completely missed my point.
This thread will be closed at some point because of users like you, who just need to stick and try to prove a point. We are all humans...
We will be opening a ticket-based email support system instead + a moderated thread that will work just like this one,
but all solved issues will be deleted - this will help process your requests even faster Smiley
users like me.... I actually just pointed out one of the few things I believed you should improve. I think you do many things great. But I am not gonna bend over and say you seem like a nice person because you do some good stuff. I gave you a potentially very useful business tip in a very neutral and non attacking manner. The mentality of "I don't care about you, just leave" to everyone who disagrees might not seem to have short term effects but will generally have an effect in the long run.

There is something called "cost of customer acquisition". A very important business aspect. Granted your costs are next to none, it also implies to what cost are you losing a customer. Losing even just 1 customer instead of toning down the blaming of users and generally impolite answers is a pretty idiotic move per that established business aspect.

I am glad you are hiring someone for PR.  One of the first things he might tell you is "oh shit, you shouldn't have answered to that". Just calm down, stick to your resolving issues issues and stop directing stuff to people.

I own https://CryptX.io.

We've had ~15 seconds of downtime since launching.

My site is tested to handle close to 1,000 trades per second without issue.

I had the DGB sent to DOGE address issue but handled it like a grownup without the FUD and completely misunderstanding how CryptoCurrencies work. I'm also considering automatically accepting DGB/DOGE from either address automatically, if I can find a performant way to do so.

I currently only offer 3 of the currencies coinmarket offers, but I can probably add the remaining 9 by end of day tomorrow if people are interested in an exchange run by someone who acts like a human being and realizes I work for the customer and not the other way around.

I am admittedly missing a few features, but I'm adding new ones every day (e.g., automated withdrawals coming soon, currently manually approved), and I figured out the security part before launching, instead of claiming to do so several times after accepting deposits.

beautiful. will be happy to check it out when i get home tonight. i knew there were exchanges out there who weren't obviously out only to help themselves.

Hi, there. I transferred 1100 coino to the address listed in my wallet on the exchange. This was almost 7 hours ago and it still shows 0 in my balance. I can't get the transaction ID at the moment, but I'll check when i get off work in a few hours.  Same user name.

We are locking this thread to create a better support experience. Send your thank-you's to johnngbluntzky.
Stay tuned for updates on the new (self-moderated thread).
Anyone reading the 121 pages of posts this thread contains should get the whole picture and make their own decisions about using or not using our site.
If the moderated thread becomes anything like this, it will "go" aswell and the only option will be e-mail support.
We are NOT going to send aplogozies to johnngbluntzky as we already did it.

Just put us (a very small crew) in our position: you start something as a hobby/possibly-open-source-project and people start to use it.
You experience a massive spike in traffic (we got over 7500 users and over 250,000 executed trades).
Do you think we really have time to explain ourself to people that havent lost anything and just trying to prove a point?
We have said atleast 10 times: Take your coins and leave our exchange if you dont like the way it is and its future potential.
We will NOT cry about about anybody leaving. Our product will speak for itself.

Lets be like any other exchange and dont have a thread/irc channel whatsover?
You dont know what the hell you're talking about.
ONLY THE RESOLVED SUPPORT REQUESTS AND OFFTOPIC WILL BE DELETED IN THE NEW THREAD. IT WILL BE A SHORT AND INFORMATIVE THREAD AT ALL TIMES.
If thats not going to work out, then there is not going to be a thread whatsoever. Its as simple as this.
