Yeah, there are plenty and available gambling site using bitcoin in playing gambling. A digital currency like bitcoin is easy to use and play like real money through internet. Those which are running for a long time may have gained a worthy repute in the community but then again every site can turn scam in future. New sites popping up everyday are sure shot scams if they are acting too shady. But we do get some good projects among them as well.
