Not much people accepted NEO, yours points have some mistake. As you can see in Binance exchange, there are only 2 Neo platform coins were listed: Neo, Rpx. It technology is awesome, but still too hard for the crowd to accepct it and they still need more time to learn about it.

I partially agree with you. NEO is indeed being actively developed by the passionate development team behind it on a regular basis based on my research, but I don't think it will grow in a huge way in the future. NEO will slowly and steadily rise in value over time and a rally by Bitcoin will help it grow ever further at some point in the future. Comparatively, I strongly believe that Ethereum will grow tremendously over time.

If you compare NEO vs Ethereum, you'll notice that they're pretty much alike. NEO has taken an advantage over Ethereum, because of its consensus algorithm, allowing it to process many more transactions per second than its competitor. However, Ethereum will also scale and become stronger in the future, allowing it to experience the same benefits as NEO over time.
