As a newbie, I once made this mistake of selling some of my tokens in panic when market retraced as at last year. Most times, its not always good to make decisions in panic. If you make decisions in panic, you would surely regret it as decisions made in panic isn't the best of the decisions

In my experience in trading i didnt panic selling,because if panic you willl lose all your profit its better to be patince to wait for the price to rise up again.

Ill panic once in trading because of my coins are still to continue going down.
So ill sell it early even if the price was in low situation, But it was worth because until now the price was not to rise again.

For me it is not good to decide when you are in the state of panic. There will be a chance that you can make a wrong decision. So just relax and do what you want to do. It is better to have a calm mind when deciding what you want to do. Always practice how to calm yourself.

When I first started investing in crypto currency I sold the coins for nothing in a panic. The whole market began to blush and I thought that I could lose all the money, but after a while the prices went up.

sure, i was trading on Binance, i entered a trade around FEb, bought  some ripples, immediately after buying, the coin price went upto 20% lower that the rate i bought , i managed to hold it for a few weeks, then the  price started picking up , out of panic i sold when i saw about  3% profit for fear of the price going  down  again, unfortunately for me the following day i woke up to see the coin at about 80% high. it was not funny at all.
